Our private residence is located in desirable North La Quinta just minutes away from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. A great home for entertaining with a combination of style and comfort, ideal for a relaxing vacation.

There are 3 bedrooms: The master bedroom has a California King, vaulted high ceilings, bathroom, dual sinks, double closet, satellite TV and a sliding door to the patio and pool area. The second bedroom has a Queen bed, ample closet space and Satellite TV. The third bedroom also has a Queen bed. A second full bathroom is located in the hallway between the bedrooms.

The newly renovated kitchen has granite countertops, a granite island with seating for two, vaulted ceilings and is open to the dining and living rooms making it ideal for entertaining. The kitchen is fully stocked with modern amenities. The kitchen/dining room patio sliding door opens up to a covered 300 sq. ft. patio, heated pool and spa and a wonderful lawn area lush with palm trees, privacy plantings and a mature lemon tree.

There is a den separating the entry way and the bedrooms, a laundry area with washer and dryer just off the bedroom hallway and a natural gas BBQ for added outdoor entertaining.

Minutes away from Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals, major retail shops and an endless choice of dining options.

Great stay with beautiful pool

The house was very clean and kitchen well appointed with everything needed during our stay. The location is perfect, close to everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful backyard covered patio and the heated pool and hot tub were relaxing and enjoyable. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

A slice of paradise

Two friends and I rented this beautiful 3-bedroom house in La Quinta that is within easy walking distance of the Indian Wells Tennis Garden. The house is well appointed with everything you could need in the kitchen and bathrooms as well as a completely private back yard with a heated pool and spa.

Enjoyed our stay in this quiet corner of Coachella Valley

The three of us were looking for a quiet/private place to stay for the weekend, and that's just what we got. A spacious layout, lots of comfortable areas to lounge in, and a perfect backyard complete with hot tub and pool. Would definitely stay here again.

Very comfy house. Could use some updating and clean heat vents, but very doable. Would stay again. Neighborhood notresirt. Very private back yard with comfortable outdoor furniture.

Great location and great rental

Got a nice welcome email from owner with check in/out and stay instructions, and days before our stay got a nice phone call from the property manager to make sure we did not need anything and to make sure we had her number if we ran into any problems. Rental house was excellent and we had no problems at all. Great property to book/use.

Great desert escape

We had a wonderful experience staying at this home. Great communication with the property owner and management, easy check in, a clean and comfortable space with all the amenities, a gorgeous backyard, warm (heated in winter at no extra charge) pool, lovely hot tub, and excellent location. 3 generations all had a great time.

Great place!

We very much enjoyed our stay. Property was as advertised. Kitchen was well supplied with everything needed, much better than many rentals. Great pool area and patio. Highly recommend this property.

Weekend in the sun.

Great house and place to relax. Everything you need to enjoy our stay.. We went on the tram, it was great. Got a round of golf in. And spent alot of time just relaxing at the house.

The House was clean, the pool was clean, and the amenities were abundant. We never ran out of clean bath towels or pool towels, paper towels, toilet paper, paper cups, the list could go on. A perfect month away

The pool and spa were wonderful. We were pleased with the three bedrooms and the additional inflatable mattresses that were used for guests on occasions. The location is conveniently located just north of highway 111 with all amenities including El Paseo for your up end shopping and dining. Some of the electrical outlets need replacing and a small number of AA batteries should be available for the thermostat and the pool control. A wonderful month!

Great House in a Great Location

Staying at Patrick's desert home was truly amazing. From getting the lay of the land from his property manager Jennifer to relaxing in the pool this house is a gem. The bedrooms are all comfortable and great spacing between them especially the 3rd room which is further from the others is great for any late sleepers. Everything in the house was top notch and the pool simply amazing and best of all the heater actually works. This house is a must for anyone visiting the valley. Best location yet many different ways to get around and a 10 min walk to tennis what else could you want.

Back yard and pool area are the highlights of this property. New mattress’s would be appreciated. Kitchen was great! Everything provided for fixing your own meals. Grab bar in the master bathroom is needed. Sofa looks new but the cushions aren’t comfortable because the foam has lost its support.

New years holiday

We had a very nice time in the home and loved this pool and hot tub. Our only complaints were that the furniture in the living room was not what was in the photos and was very low and difficult to get out of. Also, the main television in the living room could not get regular channels- nothing under 100.

Excellent Property...It met all of our needs.

I would like to thank Patrick for sharing his home with my family. The size was perfect, kitchen was fantastic and most of all the pool and hot tub ran perfectly throughout our visit. The property manager Jennifer was there to greet us (my wife loved the gift basket) and showed us how to properly operate the hot tub and pool. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5, was the fact that I emailed Jennifer during our stay that the shower curtain kept falling down and there was damage in the master bath (she did not reply). So we were kind of left hanging as to what to do. Otherwise, one of the best properties I've stayed at in Palm Springs (this was our 4th visit).

Beautiful home!

We stayed at Patrick's house Memorial weekend and had a wonderful time! The house was comfortable for 5 adults and one 13 year old. The living room, dining room and kitchen are all open to each other which made it easy to cook and still be together. The bedrooms were down the hall with one further away, which made it nice for the late sleeper! (the beds are very firm if you like that) We spent most of our time outside in the pool, spa, or on the very comfortable outside furniture! The outside temperature was in the high 90's and over 100F, but the pool was always refreshing! We loved it! The property manager, Jennifer Rose, was fantastic and she was always just a text away. (we never needed her tho!) Thank you Patrick for sharing your home with us!

PARADISE!

My family and I recently stayed at this beautiful home to celebrate my aunts birthday. We had a delicious welcome basket waiting for us as we arrived which totally hit the spot after a long day of traveling from the East Coast. The house is immaculate and had everything you would need to feel right at home. The backyard, pool and spa are spectacular and we greatly enjoyed spending time and relaxing outside. We took full advantage of the amazing kitchen to prepare our meals. The home is in an ideal location in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to Palm Desert and Palm Springs areas for our fun outings during our stay. Patrick was wonderful, very easy to work with and answered all of my questions. Our family get together could not have been more special and this amazing home was a great part of our enjoyment. Thank you again to the Edwards family for sharing your beautiful oasis with us. We loved our stay and had a blast! I would definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly recommend!!!
