This beautiful beach house was built for summer vacationing and features many impressive amenities including a spacious living room, an updated kitchen and 2 recently renovated bathrooms. The dining area seats 8 at the table and 4 at the island. The large deck off the main living area seats 8 at the patio table as well. First floor has a king bed with an attached bath and another bedroom with 2 single bunk beds and a full bath with tub. The second floor has the main living space and a queen bedroom with an attached full bathroom and private deck. The third floor has a king bedroom with a private deck and a bedroom with 2 singles. There is also a full bathroom with tub on the 3rd floor. Four full bathrooms and an outdoor shower means there will never be a line for the bathroom. Three decks and a fenced in yard ensures that everyone can find some space for some down time. Beach chairs, beach toys & beach tags all included. Just a few seconds walk to a beautiful, lifeguard protected, boogie board beach. Park you cars (2 can fit tightly in driveway and 1 more in the garage) and enjoy being able to walk to every amenity you can think of including great restaurants, an Acme grocery store, CVS pharmacy, coffee shops, pizza, a diner and ice cream. 3 night minimum September thru May. Perfect House for Guys Golf Weekend Trip

House was just as described and worked out well for our guys long weekend golf trip. Easy walk to a few key stores and restaurants and a 5 minute drive to almost everywhere on the island. Communication with Chrissy the owner was easy and convenient. Hope to visit again.

Perfect Location, Great Host

This property is just as described. The host was wonderful with communicating about all the details. The house was perfect for my entire family including my 4 and 8 year old nieces who described their stay in "the mansion" as a lot of fun. Would defintiely stay here again. I highly recommend this host and the property.

Beach Bliss

I can't say one negative thing about our stay at this property. From the booking to our departure, everything was perfect. All of my questions were answered immediately and our arrival directions were very easy to follow. The house itself is accurately described: The main living area was spacious, the kitchen was one of the best I've seen in a rental as far as cooking utensils, pots, and pans. There are plenty of bathrooms so nobody had to wait to hop in the shower. Everything was in great working order and the beds were comfortable. Our stay was in February, so we couldn't enjoy the decks, but there is plenty of furniture on them for summer outdoor seating/eating. Acme, CVS, and other restaurants are within walking distance. Beach access is so close and we used the volleyball net that was on the beach at the entrance. I highly recommend this rental for families.

Beautiful, great location, spacious and so clean!

This is a perfect vacation home. The location is wonderful and the entire space is so comfortable that everyone felt right at home. With 3 floors, 3 decks and 4 bathrooms there is so much room. We loved the large table on the front deck! It’s so close to the beach and just a block or two to Acme, some restaurants and a local bar. Chrissy was very responsive and the home is spotless. Highly recommend and we will definitely rent this house again!

Weekend stay in SIC

This house is so spacious and open! The pictures don’t do it justice. There was plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for many guests. There was even a spare refrigerator in the garage, which was very convenient! The house is one short block to the beach and located on a beautiful, quite road. The balconies are awesome and very relaxing. We really enjoyed our weekend and would come back to this place in the future!
