This beautiful historic home is in the heart of downtown Madison, IN. It has been completely renovated with 4 large bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. It is with-in walking distance of all of the main attractions that Madison has to offer.

This home is perfect for entertaining. The grand 16 foot ceilings catch your eye as you and your friends lounge in the parlor or dining room. Each bedroom offers hard wood floors with lots of room for you to relax in.

Madison features more historical blocks than any city in the US. You will be in the heart of Main Street US. All the famous Madison restaurants and bars are only a few steps out the door. Madison host many music festivals each month along with the Chautauqua of Arts in September. You will be foot steps to everything you need.

Luxury through this home. Coupled next door to The Blush on Main Boutique and Salon. You can pamper yourself at the Blush Salon or have a private massage brought to you in the home.

We also offer a Gourmet Chef that can cook and entertain you while you relax with your family and friends! This home is like no other and you will love your stay in Madison.

House was beautiful and exactly as described. Todd met us at the promised check in time and walked us through the house to show us everything. We were there for a funeral and the house was perfect to be able to visit with family. Walking distance to Main Street and just a great location.

We could not have asked for a better place for our girls trip! The house is absolutely beautiful and Todd was a huge help with suggestions for our stay. We loved the all house music!! The location of the Fashion House is perfection...we walked everywhere! Madison was a charming town and captured our hearts...just like the Fashion House did!!

Such the perfect spot to enjoy with family of 12 sharing in 80th birthday celebration! This house and all it's historical elements added a uniqueness not experienced elsewhere! We walked and shopped, sampled wine, ate at Red Pepper and Mad Paddle, and thoroughly enjoyed everything! We would've LOVED to have scheduled a narrated trolley ride through town but that's for another time!

Rented this for a surprise 65th birthday and weekend getaway. This place is beyond beautiful. Conveniently located in the heart of downtown Madison. Todd the host is very responsive and kind. The only downside are the stairs to get to the bedrooms and family room area, which is my fault for being out of shape, but so worth it.

Perfect location! Plenty of room for our big family. Our opinion was, that the beds were plenty comfortable. The house was very clean. Our only thing we would have liked to have had was a TV downstairs where everyone could enjoy it and not interfere with anyone sleeping upstairs. Thanks

Great Girls Trip

6 ladies enjoyed our stay at the Fashion House. The house was wonderful. It felt like staying at a fancy boutique hotel. We loved the location. The house was walking distance to everything we did. The owners were awesome and got back to me very quickly. We ended up arriving prior to when I originally told them, but they still accommodated us.

Excellent stay with family and friends. Spacious rooms, set up very well for our group needs, walking around town, close to many shops and restaurants. We hiked Clifty Falls, enjoyed the car show, window shopping. Great town & easily welcome to visitors. estaurants

Todd and Mary Beth are both originally from Madison and moved back to raise their family in 2003. They own several businesses and properties in Madison. Mary Beth serves on the board of directors for several non=profits in Madison. She is always on the go - and is always coming up with new ways to keep Madison a great place to live and visit.

Todd is a Group President of an Automation Company and enjoys real-estate and working on the old buildings in Madison bringing them back to life in his spare time.

They have been married for over 28 years and have 2 children and 2 dogs. This is just one of many of the properties that the couple have remolded together and most likely not their last...



Por qué eligió esta propiedad

The plot for this property is listed as being purchased first in 1816. The first building built was the Main Street portion which today is the Blush building that Todd and Mary remolded in 2016. That building was added onto twice and then was extended out to Central Ave and became the residence side of the 113 Main Street building. That work was believed to have been completed in the late 1840's.

The 320 Central property was connected up until the late 1990's as it was plotted off into 3 separate properties. When the property became available - the Boone's purchased the building to bring it back to its original state. From the beginning Todd was in love with the Main Street building and Mary Beth always wanted the Central House because of its grandness. Together again and both have become a talking point in the city as people travel in to see the "old with the new" approach.

This property was awarded the Preservation Award by Historic Madison Inc. in 2019. It will take your breath away!

This is the most centralized home in the downtown. There are lots of great places to stay in town and we hope that we can compliment what Madison has. This property is unique in its size and its flair for fashion. Great for entertaining and great for large family's that want to be together in the center of the city.
