Our stay exceeded our expectations! We had 5 adults and 4 children (ages 2, 5, 7, and 9). While there was plenty of space for everybody, it still felt cozy. Nothing felt "cheap" about the place even though the price was very reasonable (especially for the time of year we visited). It's within a short walk to both the river on one side (beautiful path along the river and there's a spacious playground nearby, too) and historic downtown on the other. Easy parking. Everything in the house worked (kitchen, bathrooms, etc.).

Very good location. Walkable to everything we wanted. Close to the park so you can sit on the back deck and listen to music from the park. Nice big bedrooms. We had plenty of parking.

This property was the perfect location and arrangement for our annual siblings reunion. Kelly was incredibly responsive any time I had a question and was so good to keep in touch throughout the weekend with recommendations and reminders. We were within walking distance to the river walk & the incredibly beautiful and quaint downtown area. Again, just perfect location for all we wanted to do throughout the weekend. My only issue was the AC/heat unit in the lower level bedroom & that it was quite noisy. But, let Kelly know about it & we were fortunate that it cooled off & I could just turn off the unit. Also, it would be nice to have some type of door to close off that lower level bedroom to the hallway. But, overall an excellent experience and all my siblings noted that would definitely come back to Madison & this property.

Beautiful, clean home and well appointed. Our group of 8 was very comfortable whether we were all together on the deck, chatting it up in the living room or playing games around the table.

Perfect location very walkable although it was cold and snowy when we were there so we just drove over to the winery and Lanier mansion. Then going to Main Street we drove up parked and walked to all the stores and restaurants.
