Our home is just minutes away from Cape Henlopen State Park, Lewes Beach and Rehoboth Beach & Boardwalk. Restaurants, retail outlets, stores & boutiques are some of the attractions located close by. *Lewes Park and Ride is a quick walk or drive away.
The first floor has two separate living/dining areas and a large master bedroom with a full bathroom and Jacuzzi tub. The second floor has a large loft area perfect for watching a movie, playing games and as well as playing foosball. A full size sofa bed and daybed with a trundle are also in the loft area. The two remaining bedrooms include one with a queen size bed and another with two bunk beds.
The back deck is perfect for spending your mornings in the sun and evenings in the shade. Our community pool is open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Great house.

We had such a great time. The house was beautiful and in a quiet neighborhood. It was large and the Master bedroom had a soaking tub that I used every night. There is a variety of beach things in the garage for everyone’s use. I would definately go to this house again.

Family vacation

This house was in a great location to everything at the beach. We loved having the option to go to the pool too. Alicia was easy to contact throughout our weekly stay if we needed anything.

Always Great

I always enjoy my stay at this house. The owner is great to deal with . They provide a lot of items for your stay that 95% do not provide . I’m happy I stumbled onto the house a few years ago. Highly recommended

Great spot

Had a lovely stay. House was as advertised. Our host was quick to respond to the questions we had. Beds were comfortable. Grotto Pizza is just a stone's throw away, as is the main road that goes through Lewes, although it's far enough away that you don't hear any road noise.

Fantastic getaway with family and friends

We so very much enjoyed our stay at Alicia’s townhouse! Everything was super clean and the property was so incredibly well equipped we didn’t need for anything! We were a party of 10 and got comfortably with no problems at all. It was in a great location close to Lewes beach which we love, downtown Lewes, and Rehoboth. Just a short drive to all those places and surrounded by anything you would need from restaurants to supermarkets. It was stocked with games, beach equipment, and TVs in pretty much every room so no one fought over what to watch! Anytime I had a question or needed something Alicia responded within minutes but I didn’t even really need to contact her because everything was so easy and went so smoothly. I cannot say enough good things about this property….would give 10 stars if I could!!

Grandma’s and grandchildren

We had a wonderful vacation with our grand children. The house was roomy and well stocked. The location was close to everything and on the bus route. There was ample parking and the kids enjoyed the pool as well as the adults.

Family beach week

We had a great week at this house, despite some rainy days in the middle. The house is roomy and the kids enjoyed the ping pong table and the games, tv etc. This was our 2nd stay here with our family so it was easy to feel at home! We like to explore both Lewes and Cape Henlopen beaches, and find the townhouse to be nicely located for easy access to many things. The community is quiet and friendly. The kitchen is well stocked with needed cookware essentials. The beds/ linens/ towels are nice quality. Thank you!

Fabulous well-stocked home

My family and I stayed in this home for 4 days and had a wonderful experience. The downstairs bedroom was perfect for my aging parents to not have to navigate stairs, and the upstairs space was great for my 3 and 6 year old kids. We really appreciated the beach chairs and toys as we had travelled via airplane and weren’t able to pack these items. The manager was quick to respond to messages and very friendly. The entire process was very smooth. Would highly recommend!

The house was exactly as described, looked even better in person. The host had great communication whenever we reached out. Great neighborhood and location. Close to beaches and lots of stores and restaurants.

Great vacation

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. This lovely townhouse is a short drive to the beach and the fact that beach essentials (chairs, umbrellas, cart) were available for our use was fantastic. The house was clean and provided everything we needed. The bedroom with the two bunkbeds was perfect for my four granddaughters. Communications were responded to promptly. I would definitely recommend .

Great house!

The house was fantastic and well stocked with everything from cups to plates and utilities. The addition of the gas grill was a great bonus from when we booked our stay. It was a bit farther from the beach than we anticipated but it was an easy drive to the beach. Highly recommended!

Convenient, roomy & comfortable home

We were able to relax and enjoy our family vacation in this home. It was convenient to the beaches- we alternated Lewes beach ( for the younger children under 5) and Cape Henlopen , with bigger waves ( for the 5-10 yr olds). The kitchen is well equipped. We didn’t do a lot of cooking, but everything we needed was in the drawers. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you!

Everything’s was great. Close to everything, beaches, shopping

The experience was good we had a loud banging noise outside the king suite. On the second and third night not during the day. I would recommend the rental to friends n family.

Great townhouse and location!

We love Lewes and the beach (more than Rehoboth). This house is the perfect location to visit multiple beaches and close to a variety of stores. We had no issues and the space was incredibly laid out with more than enough room. House was clean and everything we needed was provided. We had a minor issue with the washer (that was just installed) dripping but it was totally usable and the property manager was extremely quick to reply to any questions! Would recommend and absolutely stay again when we come back to the area!

Not to our taste or standing

We were very disappointed when we entered this house in the summer of 2020, the 3rd house we had rented in the area. When we spend that much money, we expect what we pay for. Unlike the previous houses, this one was not clean, not well decorated, not renovated, there was a strong smell of a plug-in air freshener, not really suited for children with a dining room table full of pointy metal decorations that hurt your feet and legs, and several missing kitchen necessities. Another example was no curtains or blackout blinds in upstairs bedroom to stop the sun from lighting up the room in the morning. Plus the communication with the owner was somewhat curt. It really was not the kind of house we like to rent and spend time in.

Spacious home in great location!

Our whole family really enjoyed our stay and Alicia’s home is even larger than it seems in the photos— the foosball table was a particular hit with the kids and the dart board in the garage was fun in the evenings for the grown ups. There are lots of great restaurants nearby and both Lewes Beach and Cape Henlopen are wonderful!
