This newly remodeled home has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms. There’s also guest casita (contains a king bed but also the washer/dryer/water heater). The spacious floor plan allows guests to be together but never feel crowded. The dining table comfortably seats 8 and there's 4 more seats at the adjacent breakfast bar. There's a 65" TV in the Living Room for movies, sporting events or just relaxing at the end of a fun day as well as TV's in all bedrooms. The kitchen is straight out of a magazine and is fully stocked with everything you will need to prepare meals. The big backyard features a new swimming pool/hot tub area with lounge seating, a gas fire pit, gas BBQ, outdoor table and chairs, artificial grass, and backyard games such as giant Jenga and corn hole. WiFi and cable TV are included. We've done everything to help provide our guests with the most comfortable, fun and relaxation vacation possible.

We are happy to provide the following extra amenities:
• The Hot Tub is included in the nightly rate. Heating the entire swimming pool (up to approximately 85 degrees) is optional (weather permitting) for an additional fee of $75/night and requires advanced notice.
• Early Check-In and late Check-Out (only when available) and requires at least 72 hours advanced notice to properly schedule with our cleaning company.
