This adorable one bath gem is located in quiet Fort Morgan and is just the getaway location you are looking for!

The Space

Enjoy a peaceful, gulf front getaway in this 2 bedroom, 1 bath beach bungalow. Upon arrival, the first thing you'll notice is the breathtaking "million-dollar" view from the deck! It just doesn't get any better than this! When you enter the cottage, you'll notice the open concept and the beachy colorful décor. The living area features comfy furniture, and there's seating for six at the dining table. You'll really appreciate the new hard surface flooring throughout the entire house.

The full kitchen is bright and cheery and ready for you to prepare simple meals. The beach theme continues in both the King (new mattress November 2024) and Queen bedrooms where the sound of the ocean waves may lull you into a restful night's sleep. Haver's Silvertop has one full bath.

* Renter must be at least 25 years of age. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

Fort Morgan

Located a scenic 15 miles from Gulf Shores, you'll find everything you need close at hand. Dollar General and Sassy Bass Market are just a few miles away and have all the basics you might need. There are several restaurants nearby offering a variety of tasty dishes. Tacky Jack's, Sassy Bass (2 locations), Coast and brand-new Jesse's (opening soon) to name a few. Some venues even offer live, local entertainment.

Fort Morgan fishing pier is now open, and anglers will have access to convenient inshore fishing and the abundant species locally available.

Be sure and visit nearby Bon Secour Wildlife Refuge with over 7,000 acres of coastal habit. You'll be able to hike through the preserve and observe local flora and fauna. There are 4 trails, varying in size and terrain, and you'll definitely want to make time to visit this natural oasis.

Beach House

Wonderful stay right on the dog friendly beach. Love the dog friendly deck with a gate so pet can run free. House was very clean and well stocked. Bring your own condiments and spices ( salt, pepper, sugar, coffee etc ) . Hope to stay again, hopefully much longer if they have snow bird rates.

Perfect location. Furniture needs updated.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location could not be better. We woke up the first day to massive Palmetto bugs (giant roaches). Called the property manager and they sent an exterminator out that day. Only saw dead ones after that but it almost ruined the trip. The pullout couch is in very rough shape and needs replaced ASAP. The master bed is very worn in and extremely noisy every time you move. I felt like the outside edges of the bed were 6 inches higher than the middle. If we hadn't brought our own pillows, I would have been forced to go buy new ones as the ones there are extremely thin. Bring your own pillows!!!! We left a day early because of the uncomfortable beds. The kitchen sink tends to let sewer gas back into the house if you fail to run water down the drain several times per day. It was extremely windy a couple of the days, and I don't know if that affected the sewage venting and contributed to the smell. Did I mention how amazing the location is???

We love Haver's Silver Top!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: After two visits, and a third already booked in April, little house on the beach is becoming one of my family's favorite places on earth. It's exactly what we need to enjoy the beach and relax!Suggestions for improvement - new mattress in the primary bedroom! And there may be something a little funky in the kitchen pipes.

2nd time here! Still love!

Still perfect for a couple and a couple of pups. This is our second time at this house and it only got better. The owners did some upgrades. The beds are more comfortable, the floor was upgraded and more chairs added to the patio since our last stay. Immaculate view as before. Quiet and peaceful. Will be returning for a third time!! Thank you for hosting us for the long weekend.

Location is Paradise!

The house was simply perfect for us- we had only 3 people and a fur baby, who loved the beach as much as we did! You CANNOT beat the location- less than 50 steps to our tent and a few more to the water! We stayed out most days and watched the sunset. The only negative was the wifi connection. We had nights and several rainy days to binge watch tv, but it would continually freeze or cut off and take 3 times as long to watch one program, which was very frustrating! Ultimately, we were there for the beach, but tv in our downtime is nice, also! Wish they could get a better service provider! Other than that - a fantastic place to stay! P.S.- we cooked most nights and had everything we needed except a can opener! 🙂

Fantastic location, a little pricey for what you get

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! The proximity to the beach is second to none. We loved being able to pack up and go out with little to no effort, and come back in without a major time commitment. It was so easy to go back and forth from the beach to the condo. The bed was pretty uncomfortable, and made for not great sleep (but the couch/chairs made for a great nap the next day!). Shower did not have great pressure, and was a little dirty when we checked in. Overall, we would probably come back to this house, but would love if the price were to go down, or the “issues” were to be fixed.

Perfect, quiet beach stay

A well-maintained, quiet and relaxing beach cottage. Our family had a wonderful time and appreciated the lack of crowds. The beach is literally steps away. Property manager was super responsive and a big help. We would definitely stay here again.

Steps from the water!

This cozy beach bungalow was the perfect getaway for us and our fur babies! You couldn’t ask for a better location. It was right on the beach, maybe 20 steps to dip your toes in the water. The only complaint we had was the bed was uncomfortable and hurt my husband’s back. However, the management team was aware and tried to help. They reached out to the owner and learned there was a topper on the bed. We took it off, and the bed was much better… still not the best. The house was very clean, and it had everything we needed. Bravo to the management team. You guys were awesome throughout the entire process!! It was a wonderful family vacation, and we would definitely book again!

It was pretty sweet

Nice little house right next to the beach. The beach was amazing. We had a grand view from the balcony and could even see fireworks down the beach toward Gulf Shores. My only issue was a miscommunication from the property manager telling us there was a charcoal grill on site. Accordingly, I provisioned to grill. At arrival no grill could be located. I was informed it had to be removed for insurance reasons. This left me with supplies I did not need for food I could not cook properly. We adapted and ate in foley at Lamberts III and Mellow Mushroom. Both are great places.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location...steps from the shore. Appreciated the concrete driveway...no walking through the sand from the car to get in the house. The house was very clean. Communication from the mgmt company was excellent. Downside: Beds...especially the king size bed...were very uncomfortable. Internet access was in and out, mostly out. Interior was pretty dated....more like a fishing camp vibe vs beach cottage.

Dangerous disappointment

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Noxious, possibly toxic smells along with dust and debris that filtered for our stay made this vacation a total bust for us. What made it even worse was the nasty tone and inability of the management company to discuss the ramifications of putting in new vinyl tile floors the day before we came (thus off-gassing smells and dirt and debris filtering). If we had known, we would have been more than happy to choose another day. The management's not informing us ahead of time, and then work with us when it became a problem, make this a total disappointment. We will never return, and for the record, I would avoid any rentals that are managed by this company: Coastal View Vacation

The Best of Them All

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I almost hate to send in this review because I think it will make it even that more harder to get reservations!! We have been coming to the Fort Morgan area for over twenty years and this house, this location and the amenities here were hands down the best we have found!! Now to be honest, we went with a much smaller crowd this time and this house was more than efficient to handle three adults and one dog. One bathroom was not an issue for us but I see where it wouldn’t accommodate larger crowds. In addition, the house was designed for people and pets which was evidenced by the great gate on the deck and the engraved stone on the driveway!! And the driveway!! It was completely concreted and with the hose it kept you from tracking sand all through the house and in your car. The owners used their heads when they designed this house and even put shelves in the bathroom on which to place your toiletries which you seldom see in other rentals. Also we have been in other rentals who said they were the closest to the beach but not so this home was just steps from the beach and even had a bench to sit and enjoy everything without again getting sand into every crevice
