Close to all the hospitals and Universities, it’s perfect for traveling nurses and doctors, professors at UNR or TMCC and business men and women. Are you waiting for a home to be completed that you’re building and have no-where to live, then this would work for you! Pristine condition, and has EVERYTHING you could need. It also has washer and dryer on same floor as bedrooms, very convenient! Tons of closet and storage space. Internet and all utilities paid for. You will be treated like a guest in a hotel but way better because of the attention to detail and personal touches. (Owner is a licensed realtor - S.32089). Pets upon approval and pet deposit.

Great Location and Responsive Host

The Stay was amazing and was in a great location! Host was very responsive to guests and the place was very well stocked!

Awesome Place, Awesome Host!

My husband, daughter and I stayed at this amazing property for six weeks. The condo was amazing and fully stocked from coffee to laundry soap and everything in between. I love to cook and the kitchen was fully stocked with every item I could possibly need as well! There is a wonderful patio just off the kitchen that overlooks a gorgeous ravine filled with wildlife as well as the mountains. There are amazing places for sunrise hikes (HIGHLY recommend this) and places to run and walk as well. The location could not have been better…super quiet neighborhood minutes from downtown and the Riverwalk with access to great restaurants. Only 5 minutes to UNR. And best of all, only 45-60 minutes to Tahoe City! Lisa was a wonderful host and the few times we needed anything or had a questions was super responsive and helpful! If you are looking for a spacious, comfortable with an awesome host, this is the place to call your temporary home. We will definitely be back!! Thank you, Lisa!!!

Awesome stay

Lisa's apartment is very nice! It had everything I needed for my stay and it was very clean. Lisa was a wonderful host! Very quick with responses and gave us great tips on things to do in the area.
