Large 1 Bedroom+ Loft, 3 Bathroom, Walk to Shops and Dining

Tarn Landing is a large One bedroom plus loft condo with a top floor location and 2 stories for extra separation of living and sleeping areas. Plus 3 Full Bathrooms! Light, bright and sunny this end unit condo has bay windows which allows for an abundance of natural air, sunlight, and views. Enjoy beautiful direct views of Buffalo Mountain. Easy 2 block walk to Starbucks, Natural Grocers organic market, and restaurants. Whole Foods 1/2 mile from the condo. Easy Access to I-70, Copper Mountain And Breckenridge.
The main level of this condo features a large open living area with vaulted ceilings, flat screen TV, DVD player and a gas fireplace. The kitchen is open to the living room and is fully furnished with all appliances, cookware and kitchen utensils. The adjacent dining area has a table seating 4 people, plus bar stools at the counter provides seating for an additional 4 people.
The master bedroom is on the main level and has a queen size bed, flat screen TV, and spacious closet. The private master bathroom has double sinks, bathtub and shower. The main level also has another full bathroom with tub, shower and washer / dryer.
Upstairs is the second bedroom which is open to the main level and is a large space with 2 queen beds, 1 twin bed, flat screen TV, and additional seating. There is another full bathroom upstairs with a shower.
Tarn Landing has a great central location walking distance to Lake Dillon, Frisco Main street and Frisco Bay Marina. The year round Summit Lake and Town paved Recreation Trail is adjacent to the unit, and the free Summit Stage Free Bus to anywhere in the County is one block away. The unit is conveniently located just 1 block from Natural Grocers a full service organic grocery store, Starbucks, and Which Wich sandwich shop. There is a private deck off the main level with seating to enjoy the views with your morning coffee.
The complex has a large common hot tub just a short walk from the unit. Free wifi, cable TV included. Sleeps up to 7 guests comfortably. We do not guarantee the hot tub will be open, as these amenities are administered by the Home Owners Association and subject to closure due to maintenance.

Amazing stay!

Great place to stay for skiing. We skied both Copper Mountain and Arapahoe basin. Easy drive to both. Good parking right in front of the condominium.

Great spot in the middle of everything

Great place for a ski trip. 3 beds(2full, 1twin) up in the loft with a queen in the bedroom. Everything was as described so it was a good overall experience. Close to everything, food, resorts, etc.

Perfect accommodations for ski vacation!

Centrally located, we were able to hit four ski resorts. Plus, enjoyed downtown Frisco shopping and restaurants. The hot tub at the complex was a nice way to end the day! The loft provided ample room for our college son and two friends. We would definitely rent this condo again!

Ski holiday

The condo is in a great location. It was very clean and comfortable. The upstairs loft is spacious but does get warm. The fans helped and we turned the heat down for the unit as well.

Great Stay!

Family of 5 skiing at Copper! Excellent location for groceries, convenient to highway and just a 3 minute drive to downtown Frisco. Upstairs loft was perfect for 3 adult kids having own bed. Well stocked kitchen supplies, pans, dishes, etc., board games, movies and great TV to watch N.C.A.A. March madness. Good time had by all, only hiccup was the oven was not working. Property Management company said they would look at it before next occupant comes. We will be back. Thanks for sharing your space with us. 4.9 stars!

Everything we needed

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was on the second, i.e. top floor, so no one was walking around on the ceiling. There was plenty of room to spread out, with the kids hanging out upstairs in the very spacious loft area. I liked the location as it was across the street from Walmart/Safeway/Whole Foods and really close to the I-70 exit. Also, it was conveniently located for skiing Breck/Copper/Keystone/Abasin. No complaints and nothing negative to say about the place. We had a great time.

Easy Access to everything.

The place was cozy and homey. The location is perfect giving you walking distance to groceries and fast food places. A 20 min drive to Breckenrisge and a short drive to Frisco downtown. Lots of hiking and biking trails that are 5-15 minute drive.

Spring Break stay in Frisco

Great place to stay for the week. Location is central to all ski resorts. Plenty of room in this townhouse. Great experience and will consider for future trips. Heating was great for entire place except the master bedroom. Fireplace in living room was nice and used often. Only shortcoming was a broken washing machine. Property manager was notified and they are working on a resolution.

Great location in Summit County!!

This condo was perfect for our famiky ski trip. Close to grocery stores, restaurants, ski rentals, Starbucks, etc. Easy parking, well stocked kitchen, comfy beds and heated floors!! 10 minutes to Copper Mountain, would definitely stay here again.

Snowy Frisco

We were pleased with our accommodations! The unit was very roomie, clean and good location! Unfortunately the oven wasn’t working but they were able to come fix a day after we had a big snow storm. Great views from all windows and lovely health food store was just a short walk away plus a Starbucks. Also the bus was a short distance walk to get you to the different ski resorts! It is a great unit for a family with three beds and bath upstairs! Would definitely recommend!

Clean, convenient, comfortable

Great property for a ski weekend in Summit County. Easy access to I-70, close to grocery stores and other necessities. Second floor loft bedroom is huge, we only had three people, plenty of room for larger groups. Well stocked kitchen, lots of board games.

Tarn Landing

The condo was very nice. Having a washer and drier in the unit was fantastic. The only negative aspect was the street noise. It was not noticeable when the windows were closed, but it was distracting when the windows were open.
