We had a fantastic weekend stay and couldn't have asked for a better experience! The property was exactly as describe, and the host was incredibly helpful. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a perfect home away from home!

Beautiful nature setting! We enjoyed visiting the horses, as well as seeing deer & geese. Loved the whole feel of the cabin! Plenty of room for everyone & not hard to get to. Also, the host/manager is easy to get ahold of, if you have any questions or concerns.

Beautiful property, super-quiet, very clean and manager was very responsive when we had a question. LOVED the hot tub!!A couple of things to know before you go:- the last part of the drive up here is on a gravelly-type road, be prepared to take it slow- the water has a slight funky smell to it, it's fine to drink and doesn't taste off, but you may want to bring some bottled drinking water with you- cell service is a little spotty and internet is pretty much non-existent... use it as an opportunity to unplug and enjoy nature!

Awesome! The cottage was wonderful and will definitely stay here again. Went horseback riding which made it even better and was an awesome experience with the family. The WiFi is not that great which is perfectly just knowing that in advance can be helpful!:) Toasted marshmallows, sat in the hot-tub. It was a nice relaxing stay!

Upon entering the house, it was warm. We tried turning the air down but it stayed on 76-77 degrees. We were moving a chair closer to the table and a leg came off. Dead flies and other insects in windows. Greasy dishes in cabinets. Washed some in dishwasher but not all. Kitchen drawers were dirty and some silverware was dirty. Drawer liners dirty and not in their proper places all over the house. Fridge not the cleanest. Moving on to outside, we did not use hot tub because the surrounding area was not clean. Towels were in Rubbermaid under the bench but both benches needed cleaning out and very old, broken and rusted things need throwing away. The small room with the air mattress, air mattress could have been vacuumed as small bits of trash was on it (This may be a little picky but there was a cobweb also in the corner.). Upstairs shower smelled and only had cold water. The bottom shower had mold and a drip that was difficult to stop. Extra pillows need cases. After everything said, these things could be corrected with a good “spring” cleaning and a few repairs. The fire alarm went off at 11 PM last night for 10 minutes and again this morning for over 30 minutes even after we removed the batteries. Tried to call but the message machine was not set up and no one answered until after 8 AM. We did had a place to stay which we appreciated. Dishwashing detergent and laundry detergent was available to use, which was nice. FYI. Washer/dryer instructions in “book” but not for AC.

Get get-away

It was such an amazing place to get away for a weekend with our children! Everything was clean and all the accommodations were wonderful! The hot tub was great and the children loved the pond! Would highly reccomend this beautiful place!
