Beautiful little slice of Heaven is all I can say. Property was as described and can’t recommend it enough. Caught trout in the river and had a wonderful dinner with friends.

This was my second stay with Frankie and Sarah and, I can't recommend them enough. They are quick to respond to messages and keep a very clean property. The listing is exactly what you get; the house is within walking distance to downtown and we love to sit out back on the river. I recommend their home to everyone. Frankie and Sarah are wonderful hosts and I will continue to stay with them!

The house was exceptionally clean. The host was very quick to respond. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need to cook and grill. We loved sitting out by the river watching the ducks float by. We will definitely be back.

The home was very clean and right on the river. We also were able to walk downtown easily. We had a great time and would definitely recommend to others! McCaysville/ Copper Hill is such a fun up and coming town!

Great location

Right on the river and within walking distance of the cute little town of McCaysville, Rolling Thunder rafting and tubing. Convenient to venture out to hiking, wineries and the historic town of Blueridge. The host is very friendly and responsive!

Loved this place! The home is clean and nothing else you can ask for. At this time of year I could sit in the backyard and watch the geese and ducks for hours. There is a river otter making an appearance across the river on the opposite bank. Showings from 7:45 till the sun goes down. The town is awesome. I hope it does not change! My second time to the town first time to this property. Both are excellent! Great hosts!

Great little cottage

We enjoyed our stay in McCaysville and felt like home while we stayed in this nice little cottage. It was clean and the owners were great to communicate with us on anything we needed.

Short weekend trip to raft the Ocoee.

Such a cute, vintage house. Loved the location to restaurants and rafting. Excellent communication with the host. Definitely coming back next year for our annual rafting trip.

What a great little cottage right on the river. Owners were easy to communicate with. So close to the shops and restaurants. We would certainly stay there again.

Great Location

This was the perfect home for our quick family getaway!! It was close to everything in town. The house was so clean. My kids loved the upstairs bedrooms!!
