Selkie Village, Unit #166 cottage at Beach Dreams is very nicely decorated and it is in one of the BEST locations on the property! ***NEW IN 2025!!!*** CENTRAL AIR,NEW 3-SEASON PORCH FURNITURE AND OUTDOOR, BACK PATIO!!! Other recent updates include NEW oven, over-the-range microwave and fresh paint and decor in Second Bedroom! Hardwood floors throughout with a very private 3-season porch that abuts the woods. Large 55" flat screen TV in the living room, a TV in each bedroom and one in the 3-season porch all of which include cable with an added bonus of a DVR in Living Room and free Wi-Fi! The unit is air conditioned, but on those cooler nights, you can snuggle up to the warmth of the gas fireplace! While there are many great restaurants in the area, you could easily cook a great meal in the fully stocked kitchen or outdoors with the Weber gas grill on the private, brick patio. A nice way to relax after a long, sun-filled day at the beach. The 3-season porch and the lavish outdoor patio are great places to enjoy your morning coffee or end of the day adult beverages. Beach Dreams has many amenities on the property and is located about a mile from Moody Beach. The Trolley stops right in front of the property to take you to area beaches (including Footbridge Beach and Ogunqit's main beach), shopping and restaurants. There is so much to do in this area! There is excellent fishing (stripers and blue fish), biking, boating & kayaking, golfing, beautiful beaches, many-many great restaurants, and quaint shops. AND! Great property and location for families

Very nice property and convenient location for family with young kids. Paul was an excellent communicator. Property was clean, comfortable and owner provided a well stocked home which we were very impressed with ( plenty of linens, pillows, paper toiletries, ice, beach gear, etc.). We would definitely stay here again.

The perfect little cottage

We loved this cottage! It was perfect for our family. Paul was an amazing host and was very attentive to all of our needs. We brought our bikes with us and most of our days consisted of playing pickleball and then riding our bikes to the pool where we swam and then played ping pong in the clubhouse.

Great Cottage - Great Host

Paul is a wonderful host and the cottage is lovely! It is clean, well-stocked and nicely decorated. Paul was great about communicating with us before and during our stay. I would highly recommend this property!

Lovely Spot

Host was friendly, available , and very helpful. Cottage was welcoming and met all of our expectations and more. Very clean, updated, and had everything we needed for a week near the beach. Recommend highly to anyone visiting the area. You won’t be disappointed!

A month in Wells

Perfect spot to relax, enjoy the beach, the sun, walk, and then make a meal and read or tv in the evening. We could sit out front in the morning shade with our coffee or enjoy the sun later in the day after visiting the pool. We enjoyed every day.

Relax and Unwind

Exactly what we needed. My family enjoyed a week long stay at Paul’s place in Beach Dreams. Beaches are close, variety of restaurants, and surrounded by a friendly community. My boys enjoyed the pool and arcade while we relaxed in the hot tub. We have visited Maine for the past several summers and Paul’s place was definitely the most equipped place yet. Hoping to stay again!

A wonderul getaway in Maine and a very attentive host

We stayed in this magnificent cottage, very well decorated, clean and stocked with everything we need to make our lives easier. Paul was a perfect host, very attentive. We appreciated the beach accessories made available to us, the BBQ, the nearby tennis court and the swimming pool, all in a safe environment for our two daughters. We highly recommend this rental.

Anniversary Getaway

This rental was perfect for our anniversary get away. Paul was great to work with - the 3 season room was a wonderful bonus as Mother Nature continued to rain down on us one day. The unit was very convenient to restaurants of all types in both Ogunquit and Wells yet we were able to cook a great meal in the kitchen of the unit. Everything worked and was in great shape! The neighbors were all very nice in passing but gave us our privacy. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The Perfect Cottage in Maine!

This cottage was perfect for us! We arrived to soft breezes on the porch, flowers and wine waiting to greet us, and a spotless cottage with everything we needed for a relaxing fall stay! There were beaches close by; excellent restaurants and shops and when we returned from our travels, we relaxed in the pool and hot tub at the clubhouse. Paul was the perfect host! He thought of everything we might need and made sure that our stay was truly enjoyable! We were very impressed and happy with our vacation in this cozy cottage!

Best week ever!

My husband and I recently stayed here with our two young children. (3&6) Paul made this week an amazing first vacation for our family. He left everything you could possibly need at the cottage. The pool was such a bonus and we swam there at least once a day. The location of this property is so convenient to get to all local beaches. We look forward to our next stay!

Wonderful stay!

We had a happy and comfortable stay at Pau's cottage. We were greeted with roses and a bottle of wine when we arrived which set the tone for a special visit. The cottage is very clean, with comfortable beds and is well equipped with everything in excellent working order. We enjoyed sitting on the porch for breakfast and had dinner at the cottage one of the nights that we stayed. Paul provides lots of information prior to the visit and is prompt in responding to texts and emails. Thank you Paul for a great visit!

Great cottage getaway

Paul was amazing. The wine and roses on arrival was so thoughtful. Very clean and so well equipped. Nice patios and a short drive to so many great spots. Didn’t want to leave. Just know if you go out of season (end of September) there is no pool and hot tub. We found one down the street. 🤭 Would love to come back.

Home away from home!

We felt right at home in this very nicely decorated cottage. It was very clean and the owner Paul communicated well. Everything we needed was available in the cottage, beach chairs, umbrellas, laundry pods, paper towels etc. The cottages are close together but we never felt like we didn’t have any privacy and Paul has done a nice job with the landscaping to make the outside area feel more private. Whenever we come to this area in Maine we will definitely try to book this cottage again.

Wonderful Summer Home

Excellent stay, house was very clean. Paul was an exceptional host. Will have wonderful memories of having dinner together in his enclosed porch. His property shows how important it is to him, as everything seems to be new and well taken care of. I'd give his home a 6 if it were available.
