Really lovely property. The art on the walls were delightful. Fantastic bathroom. Really responsive and hospitable management company. I would recommend this place and would stay here again. Quite a few pieces of furniture needed tightening of screws but no other issues.

Amazing!! We’ve stayed at Casa De Emdeko in the past, and this is by far the best unit. Beautifully furnished and comfortable with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful vacation. The hosts have thought of everything. The property management was responsive to the few issues we had.We will definitely be back!

Condo was clean and cozy. Check in and out were easy. Hot water was out for a day but water temperature for shower was not cold so it was not a problem at all. Complex was quiet. I had the pool to myself for the entire afternoon. Loved sitting reading on the lanai smelling the fragrant plumerias. Condo super close to ocean and pool was very convenient. Always had parking spot inside the gate. Cute market 7 mins walking distance with good coffee and food. 10/10. Will stay here again next time.

We loved it here. Clean, quiet and comfortable bed ☺️Two pools to choose from and your own private view of the ocean and sunset. Easy access to all kinds of restaurants and shopping. We will be Bach!

Still basking in the glow of an amazing getaway! Absolutely exceeded our expectations!

Not enough stars to rate our time at Casa D! From beginning to end it was by far our best Vrbo experience. Feeling refreshed and so grateful! The condo is very tastefully decorated and well equipped. Ground floor is easy to cruise back and forth to pools and beach. Neighbors are lovely and welcoming. Nice, quiet, private setting. Hesitate to share how awesome it is in fear they will get booked so much we won’t be able to come back. But, beautiful experiences are meant to be shared! That’s the aloha spirit and it’s alive and well at Casa De Emdeko unit116! Mahalo nui loa!

Renovated and awesome!

This was an awesome unit. Furnishings, updated bath, floors and kitchen were great. Nice to have a nicely outfitted kitchen with everything we needed. The only thing was the salt water pool was being refurbished, but that just means we’ll have to come back!

Great place!

We absolutely loved this place. Very quiet complex (except our upstairs neighbors heavy footsteps). Lots of actual residents living there. Pools were perfect. We were within 20 feet of both pools. Will return again!

Wonderful Ocean Stay

We arrived to find a very clean and beautiful condo. It looks to have been recently renovated and the bathroom especially was fantastic. The only downside was the bed is slightly uncomfortable. The property is right along the ocean and the unit is steps from the pool and small beach area. Kona Coast made the process so easy and even called to check in with us on our first full day. Great experience overall.

Great location in Kona & easy to work virtually

Had a great week long stay here! The location is great - located along one of the main roads in Kona where most apartments/condos are with easy access to downtown Kona and beaches for snorkeling or relaxing. The unit was very clean and appreciate the fully updated kitchen and bathroom. The internet was fast and two of us were able to easily work virtually and take video calls at the same time etc. There is a small table in the kitchen and a table outside that worked great as our desks for the week. They provide a bunch of great beach gear - chairs, snorkels, toys, and an umbrella which are so useful and thoughtful. They also provided a few treats and a handwritten note at check-in which was a wonderful gesture. A couple minor notes to be aware of: 1. The pillows are quite flat/soft in case you're sensitive to that 2. There aren't parking spots in front of the unit so you'll need to walk your suitcases to the unit, but it's a flat path so very easy and short walk (takes 1 min). Parking within the gate of the complex usually fills up by ~9p, so FYI you may have to park in the parking lot outside the gate which has plenty of spots. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely love to stay here again!

Lovely condo

Everything was exactly as pictured and described. Super close to the BBQs, ocean pool, and beach lounging areas, which was a huge plus to just walk out the patio door to get to these spots since the condo is on the ground floor. Only bummer was how loud the unit above us was for the first few days, but they must have checked out as it was quiet for the majority of the days of our stay. Bonus was the little market right in front of the property and how incredibly friendly everyone was who were either living or renting at Casa de Embarko! Would definitely stay at the property again and in this particular unit for future visits to to Big Island!

Great unit with all amenities on the water in Kona. Close to Kona town and spectacular sunsets. The negative is very thin roof/floors, so being a ground floor unit, you deal with the stomping of the guests above you. And after letting management know, it seemed to get worse. This seems to be a common deal in older apartment/condo units. Other than stomping that started about 5-6am every morning, the place was great. Bring earplugs if you rent this unit.

This was by far the best VRBO rental I've ever had the pleasure of staying at! I give it 6 stars!

I've traveled to hawaii 11 x's thru the years and this property outshone all of the rentals I've stayed it. There was everything I could possibly need! It was a home away from home. You can feel the love the owners put into it. The decor is so tasteful and the residents that live in the community were warm and welcoming. The only thing that was a challenge was that there was no cell service for tmobile, but I feel like that was a blessing. I was able to step outside to make my calls. I can't say enough good things about this property. My mother is 73 and she fell in love with the condo and the community. We will be back again next year! My deepest gratitude to the owners. Mahalo!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the rental. It was very clean and tastefully decorated. After adventurous days it was nice to come back to the property. It included all the necessary amenities and so much more. We enjoyed the pools in the evening. Good location. Everyone was welcoming. Mahalo!

Lovely property, perfect vacation spot!

We really enjoyed our time in Kona and this beautiful condo was the perfect spot, the only thing that could have made it better was a longer stay. This condo is newly renovated and perfectly done, the beds and bedding were everything described by other renters, comfy, clean, soft and comparable to a 5 star hotel. If I ever have the opportunity to male it back, I would love to stay here at Casa De Emeko 116!! Thank you!

Tolle Wohnung mit viel Charme

Wir verbrachten fünf Tage in dieser Wohnung. Sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet und sie verfügt über alles, was man im Urlaub braucht: super ausgestattete Küche (inkl. Abwaschmaschine), sehr bequemes Bett, sehr grosses Badezimmer, Waschmaschine inkl. Tumbler, sehr schnelles Wifi, Utensilien für an den Strand. Wir würden sofort wieder kommen!!!! Vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft.
