Casa De Emdeko offers owners and guests the perfect blend of Hawaiian ambiance with tropical gardens and the songs of the many colorful birds enjoying the water features in the garden. Enjoy our garden pool located in the middle of a tropical setting. Casa also has one of the few oceanfront pools where you can swim and soak up the warm Hawaiian sun while watching the whales or dolphins play, depending on the season of your visit. Swaying palm trees on our private, sandy sunning area at the ocean's edge offers glorious sunsets with a special sense of serenity. Our cabana, barbecues and lanai tables are perfect for dinner gatherings with friends and making new friends from around the world.

Amazing price for a last minute booking. Condo was super clean everything worked well. Owners were responsive if we had questions. Tons of beach gear to use.

The unit was good and as advertised, just some minor issues,- I couldn’t find the light switch to the main light in the kitchen until the last day. - I couldn’t get the TV remote to change the channel. I don’t think it was user error, perhaps batteries. There were issues with the property management that were major, and we do not intend to return to the property again in the future.

Salt water pool over looking the ocean poounding against the wall. So cool. Chlorine pool was really.nice and warm. Fountain was a tranquil and soothing.

Great condo, poor management

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is the second time that our family has stayed in this condo facility, first time in this condo. Everything was great! However, we were vacationing with children and the manager of the property made it seem that the children were not welcome. At the pool, the kids were jumping in the pool and playing like any kid does at a pool. The manager came up to us and told us that the kids were not allowed to jump into the pool as this “was a waste of the water that is now out of the pool. We have to fill it up again”. She also told us that the pool is for everyone (well, yes of course it is!) and that we needed to keep it down. If this would have been early in the morning or evening, then yes the kids were being too loud. But this was early afternoon. Locals seemed to know exactly who we were talking about when we described the above situation. So I’m assuming this happens a lot with her!The condo itself had mainly the necessities that are needed. I would have liked to have a few more serving trays/bowls but that’s not a big deal! The area where the grills are is awesome and is a great spot to watch the sunset. Very close location to downtown and beaches. The company was great to book with and great with replies to and emails! If I was to come back to the Kona area, I would not stay at this facility solely based on the manager making children feel unwelcome.

The association's staff is responsible for enforcing the property's pool and common area rules, but we certainly regret that the interaction left your family feeling unwelcome. We also appreciate your suggestion regarding additional serving bowls and trays. We'll review the kitchen inventory with the owner to see what can be added to make future stays even more comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay in and would stay here again. This unit is conveniently located and has a lovely ocean view from the lanai. Everything was very clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and I really liked having a washer/dryer in the unit. The air conditioning worked well and the king size bed was very comfy. There is an elevator. The pool area is awesome, with a fresh water pool, a salt water pool, a sandy "beach" area, grills, and tables overlooking the ocean. The complex is very quiet and peaceful and beautifully landscaped.

Beautiful views from 3rd floor lanai, freshwater pool very warm, saltwater pool cooler and fed from breakers crashing over seawall.

Casa de Emdeko 330 ~ two thumbs up

We loved our 4 day stay in this lovely place. We enjoyed the view of the ocean from the lanai, and enjoyed walking down the pretty landscaped pool area to the ocean's edge to enjoy the crashing waves on the rocks. The king bed was incredibly comfortable, and there are many fun places to visit and dine right nearby. Two thumbs up for Casa de Emdeko 330.

Wonderful apartment near downtown Kona!!!!!!

Aloha! This space was perfect for our trip this time. Within 45 minutes of our favorite white sand beaches, and very close to Kona, grocery stores and airport! I would love to see a few more basic amenities like a less confusing tv set up, some cookware and toiletries (was well stocked for the first week, then needed a few more things.). It was also very quiet (aside from the grounds crew on a few days). Would definitely stay here again and thank you to the management team for being so responsive about our requests! Mahalo!
