The condo is very comfortable and has everything you need for a great, relaxing stay. The location is wonderful, the amenities, the pools and the grounds are very clean and nicely taken care of.

We enjoyed the visit. The building is quiet and though it is an older property, it felt very comfortable, clean and safe. The owner left lots of instructions, and we loved having a washer and dryer. There were snorkelling equipment we could use which was great. The location is good; easy to get to the center of Kona and to the beaches.

Amazing property,clean quiet - perfekt choice for our holiday. Check in was easy,parking space outside the gate was perfect for us. Beautiful pool area,quiet at night - everything was so nice that we didn't want to leave.

We enjoyed this well stocked condo! It is located right beside the pool which was very handy. The kitchen had pretty much anything you would need. Also, plenty of linen and towels. The bed was very comfortable. Joe was very accommodating and was quick to respond. Great stay.

Loved our stay here! We really appreciated the amenities, such as sunscreen, aloe (which was very needed), beach chairs, and snorkel gear. The condo was clean and well kept. The AC worked well, which felt like a luxury for an older Big Island condo. We would definitely stay here again!

Winter stay

Had a delightful 2 months in Kona. Beautiful sunsets, loved the ocean pool and barbecue area. Joe was very responsive to any little problems we may have had.

This unit is always clean and welcoming. The host provides thorough instructions. Being on ground level is oerfect for us as seniors. A/C works great too. Casa de emdeko needs to work on their entry gates and oedestrian gate to parking lot.

Perfect stay in Kona

Location close to everything - food, beaches, hikes. Wonderul amenities - oceanview salt water pool with a view of gorgeous sunsets, access to bbq grills. Fully equipped kitchen, inhouse laundry. Calm and relaxing place - couldnt ask for anything more. Thank you Joe!

Amazing stay!

Great place, totally recommended and would stay again! The pools and private beach were awesome (love the quiet rules!). Condo had everything we needed and more- towels, chairs, toiletries, kitchen stuff, cooking basics. Bus stop is across the street, we walked to town a lot but recommend a car if you want to explore the island.. Good communication from host. Mahalo!

Great location and well stocked

The property was super clean. It's located a short distance from great beaches in Kona and has all the amenities you need for an extended stay. As bonus, there are two pools you could use. They came in handy when wanted to go for a late swim (to avoid the strong sun)

Pros: Nice unit, nice grounds and pools. Well stocked, good location. Nice pavilion, with bbqs, for watching sunsets,Cons: No place to load & unload on the left side. Parking spots often taken. Only 2 handicapped spots which seemed to be permanently occupied. Overall, a decent bargain.

Very ckean, well supplued condo in a good location. Quiet. Very goodcommunication with owner with goodinstructions on gate and home access codes. Air conditioning and washer/dryer and apoliances all worked well.Highly recommend.

Picture Perfect

First time in Hawaii. Sunsets are fantastic here. Flowers literally falling from trees. Salt water pool fed by ocean waves is amazing. If you can’t relax here, then you can’t relax.

Great condo

Our 2 week stay was fantastic. The condo was amazingly comfortable and cozy. We really enjoyed being on the first floor. We were able to enjoy the patio garden sunshine, easily walk to and from the pools. The salt water pool was the best surprise, so warm and ocean like! Parking was always available. The atmosphere was upbeat, people mingling in the bbq area yet quiet and relaxing. We were able to walk into Kona town and find great restaurants and shopping quite easily.
