Perfectly located directly on the sugary white sands of Pensacola Beach and directly across the street from Peg Leg Pete's. San Souci's Salty Kisses #403 is on the quiet side of Pensacola Beach where you can enjoy paradise without the crowds!

We purchased Salty Kisses in 2019 and have renovated the unit from top to bottom. The ceiling, floors and bathrooms have all been redone. Salty Kisses has been our home away from home. Not your typical beach rental! Our condo is 2 bedrooms 2 baths that can comfortably sleep up to 6 (or 8 with pull out sofa).

Wonderful stay!

We can’t say enough about our stay at Salty Kisses! The location is great and the views are spectacular. The property is very comfortable and we felt so at home. Cissi is so sweet and was very helpful to any needs or questions. We will be booking again!

Spectacular views and location

We visit Pensacola frequently. This was our first time staying at Salty Kisses. It had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Very clean condo. And the beds were so comfy. Our host, Cissi, was amazing. She was always available when we had any questions and she was so quick to respond. I could go on and on about this place. Highly recommend! We will without a doubt be back to Salty Kisses!

Beach Therapy

This place was amazing! We needed to get away after my wife’s father passed away and this was just the place we needed. Close to the beach and the condo was just as described. Cissi is wonderful to work with. She was easy to contact and communicate with. She is the best. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Just what we needed. Just needed longer at the condo. We will schedule earlier next time to have more time. You will definitely enjoy this place. Thanks again. Jerry

Cozy beach condo

Enjoyed our stay, location is simple and ease access to many restaurants and others. Love how it is not crowded at the beach. Will definitely come back again some day!

Great location!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. Many chairs/beach toys are provided which makes the experience that much better. Mere steps to the sand and dedicated parking close to the elevator. The property also has shopping carts/luggage carts available to use, which is fantastic. One item to note is that the beds are very firm. If you like a firm bed, you're all set!

Fun stay at Pensacola Beach

We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our long weekend getaway. The condo was fabulous and Cissi was a wonderful host!

Great location

We enjoyed this condo. The beds were very comfortable- bonus because always a worry. The owner’s communication was top notch. The access to the beach was easy and close. Having the chairs and umbrella included was a great bonus. The parking was close to the door, but the carts to haul your belongings were super helpful. Literally across the street from Peg Leg’s and a convenient store. The kitchen is well stocked (no k cup coffee machine)! The beach was never crowded. Very family friendly area. We left sand toys behind! The boogie boards were broken so we purchased our own, if you’re wanting some stop at Walmart and grab them ($10). Would stay again!

AMAZING!!

We stayed here for a long weekend for my daughter’s cheer competition and had THE best time. Everything was clean, the location was amazing, and communication with Cissi was perfect. We’re already planning another trip back!

Much needed getaway

Property was very nice . Walk to beach was easy. Enjoyed the stay ver much . Great for a bunch of old ladies. Cissi was great to work with . Will recommend it to others .

Beautiful Views

Accommodations were clean and well stocked with everything you need from cooking to beach equipment. Cissi was very easy to communicate with and answered calls promptly. We had a great stay and plan on making this our go to accommodations in Pensacola Beach.

Amazing experience

Everything you can think of is available to you in this beautiful salty kisses home especially when traveling with kids. Family and kid’s friendly. Check in process super easy. Cissi communication is fast and accommodating. There is enough linen, toilet paper, trash bags, beach towels, toys (yes it’s the small things that matter for me). I have to talk about the walking distance from Peg Leg Pete’s - yes google it. It’s right across from the San Souci!!! Then the perfect ocean view ❤️

Salty Kisses has all the fixins

Quaint beach condo. Nice decor. Appreciated the stocking of essentials and lots of detergents, towels, beach towels, etc.Cissi was easy to deal with and responded promptly each and every time. Kite Festival was great. Favourite restaurant was Red Fish Blue Fish as we went back repeatedly and Joe Patti’s in Pensacola - not to be missed and lived up to the hype.

Gorgeous relaxing stay!!

We loved the location, the decor, and the communication!! We can’t wait to go back again so we can stay longer. We watched the sun rise and set each day from the back porch. Ocean views all around and superb communication. Everything was provided just bring your clothes, food, and shampoo and you are set!

Great condo and great location!

This is my third time staying at Sans Souci condominiums. I love the location. It’s away from the crowds, which is what I prefer. The covered parking is wonderful, with designated parking. Cissi’s unit was great! It was comfortable and beautiful. She was great at communicating quickly. I would not hesitate to stay here again at all and hope to do so!!

Salty Kisses

OMG Salty Kisses was amazing for this 'college girlfriends reunion'! It was absolutely perfect and our host Cici was so courtesy and accommodating! I wanted to send gifts for my girlfriends before our arrival as a surprise and she had me send to her and she delivered to the condo before our stay! Will definitely be back! We had so much fun and lots of memories made!

We have been visiting the Pensacola Beach area for years and love the quiet side of Fort Pickens. The ability to ride our bikes to the end of the island from our front door and walk across to Peg Leg Pete's can't be beat.

Salty Kisses is located on the quiet side of Pensacola Beach with a lot of room to spread out. Easy biking to restaurants and attractions. Salty Kisses is newly renovated and we have a good size locker on the ground level with lots of beach chairs and toys.
