Gorgeous and spacious Gulf front living at Starboard Village on Pensacola Beach! The only unit with a private entrance makes this beach condo unique and convenient! Only 14 steps from ground to the front door of your dream vacation condo. This unit features an open floor plan with a breath-taking focal point of windows overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. Custom kitchen and bathrooms are a must see to appreciate the love and care the owners put into this family beach retreat. In Starboard Village - Unit 212.

This one-level condominium includes a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths and a sizeable balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom offers a queen bed with balcony access where you can enjoy hearing the waves from bed! The second bedroom has a queen bed with a queen size murphy style bed that contains a memory foam mattress. A laundry closet with washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. Please let us know if you have young children and need any additional gear (pack-n-play, high chair, etc.) - we have it!

The unit comfortably sleeps 6 and includes parking for 2 vehicles; a one car garage located directly next to the stairway entrance and an additional outdoor parking space.

This picturesque and charming condo is located in Starboard Village, a small complex directly on Pensacola Beach and the Gulf of Mexico. A swimming pool with sun deck is another great feature all family members will get to enjoy. The condo is stocked and ready with four beach chairs, an umbrella, electric grill, bicycles, and beach toys available for our guests. We try to have everything our family and yours would need for the perfect beach getaway!

***Summer Rentals are Saturday to Saturday 5/26/18 thru 9/07/2018. Please contact us for possible exceptions dependent on availability. Blue Angels week will end on Sunday 7/15. ***

Please Note: Minimum age requirement is 25 years old and he/she must physically occupy the Unit for the entire time of the reservation. Maximum number of guests is six (exceptions can be made for babies and very young children if requested.) Please contact us if you have any questions about our policies.

The condo was beautiful and spacious! We appreciated all that was available to us, like to-go containers, beach towels, laundry supplies(although we brought our own-but SO nice to have extra if needed)! When we cooked, there were plenty pots and pans and cooking utensils. It was also nice to have both a keurig and regular coffee pot. The view from the big window and sliding doors in the living room was fantastic! Thank you for providing floats for the pool too!We loved the “private” entrance to this condo. Our host was very friendly and kept us up-to-date on check in and check out procedures. We enjoyed our stay!

This is our 5th time at this complex and it has always been great, with the beach being steps away and the cleanliness of the whole complex. But this particular condo is our favorite. This single story was perfect with our small kids. We really appreciate the private staircase up to your condo right next to your garage, and it is wind blocked so you can leave your shoes outside the front door. The condo was super clean and just beautiful. We appreciate the clear communication and information from the host! We also enjoyed all of the beach accessories, toys, chairs, umbrellas that was very convenient to have! When we come back to Pensacola we will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay. Spacious, clean, well furnished condo steps from the beach. Amazing ocean views. We could watch the dolphins from the patio while having our morning coffee. Great hosts, who were very responsive to questions. 5 stars all the way.

Great Stay!

We had a great time and this place was so nice! Very clean, spacious and in a perfect location. The property managers were so nice and helpful and the condo supplied all of the needs for a fun day on the beach! We would 100% stay here again.

Another Wonderful Getaway

Once again we had a great stay on Pensacola Beach! The condo was just what we expected, spacious family area and kitchen with beautiful views of the gulf! Will definitely be back!
