A quiet rural respite with horses grazing in adjacent pastures, yet close to old downtown Carbondale with its many dining options. Spacious master bedroom is on second floor, as is the only bathroom. Kitchen is well appointed.

This was the most peaceful setting for a weekend of relaxation and enjoying the roaring fork valley. Everything was exactly as photographed and the host was lovely. It wasn't an issue for us but wanted to call out that the only bathroom is on the second floor, which could be a challenge. Thank you so much!

We really loved our stay in Carbondale. The house was perfect for the two of us and our dog. The surroundings were tranquil and gorgeous. It was nice to come home from our hikes and be able to throw the ball for our labradoodle while the neighbors horse came out to greet us. It was a stormy weekend so we appreciated all the windows and natural light the house provided. The bed was a bit hard for our taste but that was merely preference based. I would highly recommend this property to couple or small family as the only bathroom is located upstairs in the master suite.
