Located in the prestigious Windsor Palms, the finest gated community in the area, the Villa is tastefully appointed and decorated to make your vacation stay easy, clean and comfortable. The Windsor Palms Resort has the highest repeat renting rate for a reason: It is the best location to the Disney parks, shops, restaurants and the airport. The Club house offers beautiful pools, a hot tub, access to racquets and athletic equipment and is welcoming, newly renovated and very well managed. The pool (both Olympic-size and kiddie-sized) and the fully stocked Tiki-Bar provide the island vacation vibe for which you've been yearning!
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 full-baths with upgraded Blue stream fiber optics internet, to help you stay in touch with family & friends. The luxurious open living room leads to a private pool. Our pool (Heat optional) has privacy walls along the side for the utmost privacy during your stay. The pool deck features a patio table and chairs, as well as lounge chairs to enjoy your morning coffee in the beautiful Florida weather. Safety of our youngest guests is our top priority; the doors leading onto the pool deck have been equipped with safety locks and there is a fence around the pool.
The bedrooms are theme-decorated for the Disney enthusiast in your family! Choose your favorite characters! The well-equipped kitchen provides the opportunity to prepare your own food onsite on the days or nights you decide to forgo a visit to the many fine local area restaurants. The villa has two Master bedrooms with en-suite full baths, and two themed bedrooms that share an adjacent full bathroom. The kitchen, dining room, and living room areas are open and spacious, and the pool area is visible and can be observed from those areas through 6 panels of sliding glass doors which lead to the lanai covered pool patio. Each bedroom has its own TV.
There are palm trees lining the roads and intermingled in the beautifully landscaped resort. The Clubhouse (located just a close 150 yards from the villa) has every amenity including an Olympic sized pool, 50 seat cinema , an extensive arcade/game room, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball court, basketball courts, full workout room, sundry shop AND a Tiki-Bar!
Within a few miles, there are many fine restaurants, all kinds of shops, miniature golf courses, and of course, Disney! Universal, Gatorland and Margaritaville and Orlando are also within a short drive.
Nearly adjacent to Windsor Palms is Mystic Dunes - a 5 star golf course. Also, located very nearby is the Arnold Palmer designed world-famous golf course, The Legends at Orange Lake.
