The Explorer's Club - South Pool/Spa, Gated Area!

The Explorer's Club is a warm and inviting vacation rental home, with four bedrooms and three full bathrooms. It is located in sunny Kissimmee Florida (near Orlando), just minutes from Walt Disney World. The Explorer's Club features a private, heated, southern facing swimming pool and attached spa bordered with tropical plantings for added privacy.

The optional pool and spa heat is available for $30 PER DAY PLUS TAX IN ADDITION TO THE DAILY RATE. Pool and spa heat is recommended for stays occurring October through April. Please let us know if you want the optional pool heat for your stay and we will add it to your reservation. Pool and spa heat is included free of charge in June, July and August.

The Explorer's Club is a wonderful vacation rental home about 10 minutes from Walt Disney World in beautiful Kissimmee, Florida. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, including 2 master suites. This spacious villa sleeps 8 people in total comfort. The great room boasts a large, combined living and dining area which is open to the nearby kitchen and breakfast nook. The southern facing swimming pool with attached spa sits on a private pool deck surrounded by a screen enclosure and tropical plantings. No vacation home is complete without a game room and this one is no exception, featuring a pool table, a basketball machine and a Foosball table. The great room has a 55-inch, wall mounted, flat-screen TV and all the bedrooms have wall mounted, flat-screen TV's. Let's explore all the amenities in more detail!

After location, one of the most commonly prized amenities is the pool, and The Explorer's Club has a great one! This private pool deck offers plenty of room to relax around this southern facing pool with attached spa. No walking out of this villa and falling into the pool! A southern facing pool is desirable for the most sunshine on the pool throughout the day, but if it gets too hot, sip on a drink in the covered lanai. The screen enclosure covering the pool deck keeps out the bugs and lizards for maximum relaxation and the tropical plantings around the outside give added privacy. If you have little ones, the pool alarms on all doors and the removable toddler fence provide a safer and more relaxing experience for all. If you are visiting in the cooler months, don't worry, POOL AND SPA HEAT ARE AVAILABLE FOR AN OPTIONAL CHARGE.

The inside of The Explorer's Club is even more spectacular than the outside! Upon entering the villa, the luxury and quality will be immediately apparent. The entry hall leads to the open and bright dining room, great room and kitchen. All the common areas have ceramic tile floors. The formal dining table has seating for 6 and the breakfast nook has seating for another 4 persons. The family room has two leather couches facing the 55-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. The living room TV has a Blu-ray player and a collection of movies for guest to watch and all the TV's in the villa have free cable TV. There is also an XBoxOne gaming system with a collection of games for your use. The beautiful kitchen is open to the great room and has countertop seating for two. The breakfast nook overlooks the pool for a sunny view in the mornings. The kitchen is of course fully equipped with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals or lunches to take with you. There is also plenty of plasticware for use by the pool. The 14-cup coffer maker is accompanied by a stocked, coffee caddy, so if you arrive late at night, your first pot the next morning is on us!

Off the left, back of the great room is The Explorer's Club king master suite. The king master suite has a king bed and a 42-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV and a walk-in closet with a hotel-style safe. The king bedroom en suite bathroom has a separate shower stall and a huge garden tub. The king master bath also has a door to the lanai, so you don't have to walk through the villa with wet feet when you're in the pool and nature calls! The queen master suite has a queen bed and a 32-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. The queen bedroom en suite bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The first kid's bedroom is space themed. It has two twin beds, space décor and a 32-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. The second kid's bedroom is Jurassic World themed. It has two twin beds, dinosaur décor and a 32-inch, wall-mounted, flat-screen TV. The two twin bedrooms share a full bath with a tub/shower combo.

No vacation villa would be complete without a game room. The Explorer's Club carpeted game room features a pool table, a Foosball table and an electronic, basketball machine. It is decorated to match the villa's adventure theme. You can also find other leisure equipment like tennis rackets and balls in the game room. The stroller and high chair are stored in the game room if you need them and there is a pack-n-play in one of the bedroom closets. We love families and children, so if there is something missing that you need for your baby, toddler, children or family, let us know and chances are we will purchase it for the villa!

The final amenity of The Explorer's Club to consider is the dedicated new ownership. This villa was acquired in October of 2018. This is the sixth villa we purchased in the area and we have near perfect reviews on all of our villas.
