The caddyshack is a newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath townhouse that sits in a quiet neighborhood. We are just yards from the back 40 bike tails, golfing or you can be in Bentonville within minutes to enjoy Crystal Bridges or Bentonville's numerous bike trails. We offer a split bedroom floor plan with ensuite bathrooms. Across the back of the home is a sunroom with a bed swing and numerous games to keep the family entertained. The property has a private deck that overlooks the golf course.

We really enjoyed staying here. The house was super charming and well furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and had what we needed. The setting was beautiful and peaceful—great spot to relax and unwind. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent place to stay! Easy to get to around Bella Vista area, bike trails, or golf.Many restaurants and stores are nearby. The quite are is also great for walks. The host is great to work with and very responsive. The home has a nice size deck with a golf green view for relaxing. This is a family friendly home and big community playground in walking distance.

Super cute place to stay. We stayed two nights with our child and it was perfect. There were games and all kinds of things for us to do as a family. And we loved the daybed swing!It was perfectly located to get us into town easily and it was a quiet neighborhood.My husband wished there was a TV in the bedroom, but it didn't bother me. That was his one request. Otherwise it was great. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Loved this place!

Accommodations and amenities were excellent. It was warm & welcoming, decorated very nicely, extremely clean, and many unexpected add-ons (especially in the kitchen & cupboards but also with toiletries and first aid, ) Highly recommend and we plan to rent again from this hostess.

The townhouse was absolutely beautiful! The house had everything we needed and even extra touches to make sure we had it all while we were there. The hosts were great to work with and we would definitely recommend this VRBO!!!

My favorite and most important role was being a mom to my son now attending the UofA (Go Hogs!) daughter and son in law who made us first time grandparents.
