This beautiful 5 bedroom / 5 bath home comfortably sleeps 16 guests, or up to 18 guests with the assistance of a queen air mattress. Spend your days enjoying the surrounding beauty of Southern Utah and take a day trip to one of the National and State Parks or stay home and take advantage of Moon River Retreat's amenities! Enjoy direct access to Paradise Village's resort style pool and waterpark right out your back door, challenge each other to a ping pong tournament in the garage, or compete on the Nintendo switch in the living room! Cook a dinner that everyone will love in the expansive, fully equipped kitchen, or barbeque on the back patio. After a long day, wind down under the starry night sky in your private hot tub. Our sisters retreat went well. We loved how there were no stairs for me & my sisters since were all 65. You were good about replacing the broken can opener. We loved how close this home was to stores & Tuacahn

Wonderful!

Our stay was wonderful. The property was well maintained and very spacious. The pools were also great for the kids. At departure the list of things to do was very minimal and easily done. Which was great compared to other properties we have stayed at in the past.

Loved staying here!

Family getaway

It’s a beautiful one level home. The pool and slides are right out the back door and down a path. Easy to get to and come back for lunch! We loved staying in the house and everyone had their own space which made it nice. It’s open and beautiful spaces to gather all together.

Super clean neat and convenient. We were 20 people and did fine the location to the pools was amazing had an issue with the fridge but it wasn't keeping food cold , guy came and adjusted it worked perfect the rest of our visit Would recommend this house we made so many great memories super comfortable.

we really liked the location close to the pool. The house was clean and pretty well stocked for a large group. The 4pm check-in time is too late. Most VRBO's I stay at are 2pm or 3pm - hotels too.

Labor Day Getaway

Our family had a great time at the Paradise Village Resort. The house was even better than pictured online. It was the perfect floorplan for myself and my 3 married children and their families. Each family had their own bedroom and full size bathroom. The living room and dining area were both large enough for us all to gather. The location close to the Lazy River and Kid pool was perfect.

Stunning single story

Everything was great. Super clean. Great communication. 3 King beds with lot's of extra pillows and plenty of open space to gather together as a family. I especially liked that every bedroom had it's own bathroom. Private driveway, no shared common wall. The kids loved the pool. We've stayed at several different homes in this Santa Clara/Ivins area, including a couple in Paradise Village and this is definitely one of the best floor plans. I would definitely stay here again.
