The Bahama Beach Club is a beautiful 5 bedroom / 5 bath home that comfortably sleeps 14 guests or up to 18 guests with the assistance of 2 queen air mattresses. With a different theme in every room, you will not know which room to choose! The Sailor Suite comes with built in reading lights for the late-night book worms, and the ultimate gamers closet stocked with an Insignia Roku TV, a PS4, and plenty of board games. The Mermaid Suite comes with an Insignia Roku TV and a mattress so comfortable it would send King Triton off to the sweetest of dreams. The Seahorse Suite comes with an Insignia Roku TV and two charging stations. The Retro Beach Suite will have you traveling back in time and comes with an Insignia Roku TV. Anchors away in the Sailboat Suite with an Insignia Roku TV. Barbeque steaks on the back patio under the setting desert sun. Girls trip

House was perfect. Map location was inaccurate and made house difficult to find. Everything was clean and being so close to pool and lazy river was great. We went to Tuacahn plays so location was amazing.

Excellent

This is our third year renting at Paradise Village. Our great grand daughter loved it so much that she hid her favorite "stuffy" and said noone could leave since stuffy was missing! We'll be back next year.

Awesome, we will be staying there again

This house was awesome. It was roomy a bathroom for everyone, the pool was in our backyard, the hosts were awesome to work with, it was clean and comfortable and roomy.

Very Good

This is a fun house to stay in. It was clean and close to the pool area. Our family enjoyed every minute and it would be fun to return again. Beautiful area.

Beautiful place!

This place is amazing! My kids and husband were thrilled to stay here. The management company is top notch and kind. We've vacationed in other properties and this one had everything we needed/wanted and more. We hope to return on our next trip to Utah.

Lovely family-friendly home

Very comfortable home. Red Sands is great to work with. There is a large slow cooker, toaster, and strainer - very helpful. (Please add a cookie sheet and a LARGER pot to the cookware. (We could only fix 1 small box of macaroni and cheese). Logan was great to come fix what needed attention = remotes & cord for the PS4. He was respectful and thoughtful and timely. We would stay here again.

Great location and accommodations

We enjoyed being close to the pool and the accommodations were great for the entire family. Plenty of room for all. Only issues were a few cockroaches and access to the pool was complicated due to new HOA rules. Pool management were not helpful and policies were inconsistent.

Cutest house I have stayed in to date

This was a super property the pool is in the back yard you can watch the kids from the deck and patio!!! The decor is fun!! My mom loved all the old photos in the bedroom that was her era. The set up of every bedroom has a bathroom!!!!

Was even better than we hoped for!

Red Sands property management went over and above to help us out. The house was decorated so beautiful, everything we needed was in the house. Decor was perfect for being right next to the pool. Everyone had such a relaxed time. Everyone wanted to know when we were going to be coming back. Thanks Again.

Very Good

Hello. We have stayed at Paradise Village for many years and love unit 110. Unfortunately this year there were large groups of young teenagers in the pool seemingly unsupervised and VERY NOISY and with pool hours into 11:00 pm we had to move inside to even hear ourselves. Also we tried to use the hot tub , after playing softball all day, but it was lukewarm, filled with little children, and a mother or two, using it as a little swimming pool jumping in and out. Most of us are grandmothers and have no issue usually with kids and noise. But this year we were unable to enjoy the facilities. Thought you should know in case you can look into this. Having said the above, we will give it another try. Thank you.

Exceeded all expectations!

We all were blown away at how perfect this house was! It catered to every need we had, and was absolutely charming. It is even bigger and more beautiful than the pictures show. The location was directly by the pool gate, which was one of the highlights of our stay. We were able to see our group right from our windows and back porch. The pool and slides were a blast, and every age from babies to oldies, had so much fun on them. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.

Very nice accomodations for our family of 12

Such a well layed house for our family. Bedrooms were great, especially with a bathroom for each bedroom. Bathrooms and kitchen well stocked. Dining area, living area large and very comfortable. Pools were a huge hit. Very small things need improving. Majority of soap dispensers did not work, black out shades would have been great, a few roaches and ants in house.

Disappointing

Carpet is dirty. Couch is dirty. Floor was sticky. Dishwasher was full old food and smelled like rotten meat. Had to call to get code because it was never sent. Great spot with the pools and location. Would not stay here again

Great place for a family stay.

We stayed at the property for 3 nights to enjoy time away in Santa Clara. We had our 4 grown kids with 3 of their spouses and 6 grandkids with us. The kitchen was large enough to handle cooking for meals. The dining table was large enough for us to use for cooking our meals. The pool was just outside the back patio. It has plenty of sun chairs along with a lazy river and a water slide. Each of the rooms had their own bathroom. Visiting in the family room was enjoyable. We were able to use the garage and the driveway for parking and the garage was large enough to accommodate my full size truck. We would certainly consider staying at the property again.

Accidentally hit submit without finishing my review- here's the rest

The hot pads for the oven could be replaced, as they do not work well, allowing heat to seep right in to ones hand/fingers. Also, leaving a little tin foil/Saran Wrap would be helpful as well. The king room (sail boat room) furthest down the hall at the front of the house has a clogged shower drain. On the other hand, we did have a great time and enjoyed our stay! I especially loved the old pictures that were hung in the swimsuit framed room, those were so fun! With these few additions I think it could leave your future occupents very happy.

Wonderful Experience!

I can't say enough good things about Red Sands and this property. Red Sands is by far the best vacation rental company I have ever worked with. They provided detailed information in multiple forms of communication: text, email, and call. Prior to check in they called to make sure we received all of the information and allowed me to ask questions and raise concerns. On the day of check-in they were very quick to respond to my call and provided amazing customer service. Our stay was incredible. The house was very clean. The rooms were well stocked with extra blankets and towels. The beds were soft and comfortable. All loose items (remotes, utensils, key cards, etc.) were all labeled so you knew where they belonged. There was a good assortment of pots and pans provided in the kitchen. This home is great because the pool is right outside the back patio. This is a large, spacious home and easily fit two families of 5 and could have fit another. The pictures do not do it justice. This was such a wonderful experience. We will definitely be booking again!

Best Vacation Ever

This beautiful vacation home was the perfect size for my family & I. Everything was perfect from the moment we checked in to checking out. Anytime I called the office for assistance, they were so friendly & helpful. We also loved it because we had a family reunion, so we had families staying in 5 other homes & we were all next door to each other. Definitely perfect for all our kids to be in walking distance with their cousins. Highly recommend this place to anyone & everyone looking to get away & relax! We only had one issue with a neighbor that started yelling at our kids about pool times. The times posted did not coincide with the times on our contract that we signed. Instead of asking us nicely, she claimed to be a worker for Red Sands resort but refused to give us her name when we asked. Our kids quietly got out but the last several nights other neighbors were in the pool area well passed the posted time and no one said anything to them. The last night of our vacation we decide to be in there and someone has a problem with it. If she is a worker for Red Sands then she definitely needs training on her people skills because we will not tolerate how we were spoken to. But this will not stop us from booking again with you all!
