The Bahama Beach Club is a beautiful 5 bedroom / 5 bath home that comfortably sleeps 14 guests or up to 18 guests with the assistance of 2 queen air mattresses. With a different theme in every room, you will not know which room to choose! The Sailor Suite comes with built in reading lights for the late-night book worms, and the ultimate gamers closet stocked with an Insignia Roku TV, a PS4, and plenty of board games. The Mermaid Suite comes with an Insignia Roku TV and a mattress so comfortable it would send King Triton off to the sweetest of dreams. The Seahorse Suite comes with an Insignia Roku TV and two charging stations. The Retro Beach Suite will have you traveling back in time and comes with an Insignia Roku TV. Anchors away in the Sailboat Suite with an Insignia Roku TV. Barbeque steaks on the back patio under the setting desert sun. Good

Good location, but the house was so poorly stocked. We literally had to buy toilet paper and paper towels after the 1st day. And then there was not enough dishwasher pods. For a house that can accommodate 14 people, you should definitely provide adequate supplies. And then when I tried to reach out, nobody said anything until the day we were leaving (I believe) or maybe the night before when it was too late to help.

Awesome, we will be staying there again

This house was awesome. It was roomy a bathroom for everyone, the pool was in our backyard, the hosts were awesome to work with, it was clean and comfortable and roomy.

I can give this home one star based only on its proximity to the wonderful water park and pools. These were fantastic and our kids really enjoyed them as well as the adults. Unfortunately the good ends there. When we arrived, the home smelled strongly of industrial cleaner which one would the presume it had been cleaned. The floors were filthy, I'm talking crumbs, trash, and dirt. Trash found in the cabinets along with the dishes. The furniture was broken, lumpy and also filled with crumbs and trash. The couch literally looked jumped on and cushions all messed up. The beds were lumpy and so uncomfortable, pillows were flat. Sign near the door asked us to take off our shoes which we normally do but the floors were so sticky and crumb covered we felt disgusted. The tables and counters were sticky, both in the dining room and the patio. The patio was covered in gum and sticky messes. We called and reported everything. They asked for pictures, we sent them. We were told the cleaning crew would be back out to clean, they never arrived. We cleaned the counters and tables, pulled out the vacuum to clean what we could and it was broken. We emptied it, still nothing. We reported this, sent in the pictures as requested and asked for a new vacuum to be delivered or someone to come and clean. They sent a repair man to fix the vacuum. By this time we had showered, two of the bathroom drains would not drain, we reported, photographed, then waited again for someone to come...NEVER AGAIN!

We truly appreciate you bringing the concerns you found upon arrival to our attention, as it allowed us to begin assisting right away. Many of the items you reported required a more thorough deep cleaning, and we have since addressed those concerns with our team to help prevent similar situations in the future. While we did communicate throughout your stay and were happy to help, we do want to clarify that it was never communicated that you wanted our team to return to the home to complete additional cleaning. Due to this, the last thing we want to do is enter without permission! We completely understand your frustrations and hold our homes to a much higher standard, which is why we were glad to work with you on a resolution and provide compensation for the experience you had. We appreciate your willingness to work with us toward a resolution and wish you and your family all the best!

Beautiful place!

This place is amazing! My kids and husband were thrilled to stay here. The management company is top notch and kind. We've vacationed in other properties and this one had everything we needed/wanted and more. We hope to return on our next trip to Utah.

Best Unit we have ever stayed at, cupboards were stocked with EVERYTHING. Clean EVERYTHING, great floor layout, pool gate 12 feet away, will come back again for sure.

Girls trip

House was perfect. Map location was inaccurate and made house difficult to find. Everything was clean and being so close to pool and lazy river was great. We went to Tuacahn plays so location was amazing.

This is our third year renting at Paradise Village. Our great grand daughter loved it so much that she hid her favorite "stuffy" and said noone could leave since stuffy was missing! We'll be back next year.

Great location and accommodations

We enjoyed being close to the pool and the accommodations were great for the entire family. Plenty of room for all. Only issues were a few cockroaches and access to the pool was complicated due to new HOA rules. Pool management were not helpful and policies were inconsistent.

I am glad you enjoyed the pool and accomodations! Water beatles at this time of year are very common here is St. George. We do get the house sprayed often to limit the issue. Due to COVID some things have changed with the pool entrances and we are hoping things can return to normal when safe :)

Cutest house I have stayed in to date

This was a super property the pool is in the back yard you can watch the kids from the deck and patio!!! The decor is fun!! My mom loved all the old photos in the bedroom that was her era. The set up of every bedroom has a bathroom!!!!

Great house- perfect location for pool access

We loved this house and the location. You can literally walk out back and be at the pool gate in 5 steps. The lazy river was heated warmer than we expected and we were able to swim after dark even when it was chilly outside. The house had comfy beds, and extra pillows, and the layout is great for all ages. We will definitely rent this house again. Red Sands is a wonderful company to work with.

Red Sands property management went over and above to help us out. The house was decorated so beautiful, everything we needed was in the house. Decor was perfect for being right next to the pool. Everyone had such a relaxed time. Everyone wanted to know when we were going to be coming back. Thanks Again.

Huntsman Game Pickleballers

8 lady friends who played pickleball in the Huntsman games. Enjoyed the pool, house, Rooms and access to Pickleball court and style of house. Everything was neat and clean. Great get away. I would suggest the hosts add some bicycles and pool floats just to give some options. This was my 3rd stay in this neighborhood.

Exceeded all expectations!

We all were blown away at how perfect this house was! It catered to every need we had, and was absolutely charming. It is even bigger and more beautiful than the pictures show. The location was directly by the pool gate, which was one of the highlights of our stay. We were able to see our group right from our windows and back porch. The pool and slides were a blast, and every age from babies to oldies, had so much fun on them. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend.
