Absolutely Exceptional! For decades, we have rented large homes for our annual family ski trip. It was the unanimous concensus of our group that this one was the best!

Great Stay in the Mountains!

We spent Thursday through Monday here and had a great stay! We couldnt get the heat to stop so we turned it off but besides that it was a perfect stay! Great views and close to the town to go to lunch/dinner.

Great vacation spot-

The place was immaculate! We hosted our family reunion here and it was great! 7 adults, 9 kids and we had enough room!Hot tub was great to relax in, the views from the great room were spectacular!Owner was very responsive. Would stay here again!

Location was beautiful and the house was the perfect size for our large family gathering. Signs(rules) on the front and garage doors, as well as taped to the wall were off putting and not welcoming, especially since we had already been given the rules, as well as having them provided in a book on the table. Overall was a pleasant stay.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Our family loved the house and the view of Dillon Lake was great! There were 16 of us staying in the house, and we had plenty of sleeping space. The host were very prompt in replying to my messages. We had a great time and would highly recommend this property!

Pleasant Stay in Silverthorne

This was a great property for our family ski trip. Plenty of space for everyone. The steam room was a bonus. Owner was very responsive.

Great Trip

We had a great time at Bill & Susan's place. It was perfect for our group and a quick ride to both Breckenridge and Keystone. We would all stay here again!

Great Family Stay

This house was perfect for a family weekend. It was big enough for everyone to be very comfortable. The location provided many activities and amenities. The house was so clean and had everything we needed.

Beautiful property, great location!

Our large family really enjoyed our time @ this beautiful property. Location was perfect with easy access to multiple ski resorts. Beautiful views. Owners were very timely in response to all our questions. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic amenities, central to several ski resorts

We had a group of 11 and immensely enjoyed the property. Owner communications were thorough and prompt. Love the griddle too!

Spacious home with dramatic views

Clean, comfortable, spacious home with spectacular mountain and lake views was the perfect place for our family gathering. The kitchen was very well-stocked. Great location.

Great location! Close proximity to many family activities. Love the spaciousness with lots of beds and gorgeous view from the deck. Sort of missed a tv on the main floor but it was fine to not have it too. Checkin and checkout simple and all the kitchen wares you could ever want! Wonderful to have 2 washer/dryer sets!

Great for a friends' gathering

Great communication, clean, plenty of space, stunning views, very well stocked kitchen. If I tried really hard I could list a few nit-picks, but it was a very comfortable property and we had a great time. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Family Reunion

This was a great place for our family of 12. Location close to Lake Dillon, hikes within walking distance, Breckenridge/Frisco, and 1.5 hours from Denver. Grocery and restaurants close by too. Loved the room sizes and hot tub. We had a blast!!

Amazing mountain experience

Bill was great to communicate with. We stayed for five nights and had such a nice time. Easy to get into town. A great trail right across the street. Animals eating in the backyard in the morning and evening. Hot tub was awesome. Everything was clean. We will definitely be staying again if we are in the area!

Great view with privacy. It was close to many activities, scenery, and restaurants. It had plenty of room for 12 of us and could have accommodated more.

Great place

The house is amazing. There is so much room and it’s a great layout. We had a big group and everyone had excellent accommodations. We boarded at keystone. Be aware parking is tough on peak days.

Perfect getaway

Amazing location and views….perfect getaway for our family reunion. Lots of different areas to gather and everyone had enough space to spread out. Awesome trailhead right across the street and close to activities, restaurant, shopping. Will return!
