12 south offers fine dining restaurants, stylish designer boutiques and stores specializing in vintage guitars and quirky housewares. It is also home to the iconic " I BELIEVE IN NASHVILLE" mural a popular photo op for visitors. It's residential neighborhood is built around an elegant antebellum mansion, Sevire park has towering trees, picnic shelters and a playground.

You will have this wonderful townhome all to yourself in the heart of 12 south . Each bedroom has its own bath the kitchen is appointed with all of the comforts of home.

Located less than two miles from Belmont University, Vanderbilt University and Lipscomb University. "Howell Alley" runs beside the building, home of the famous "I Believe in Nashville" mural. We look forward to hosting you on your trip to Nashville.

This is a very walkable area a one stop shop anything you need is just steps away . If you want to go downtown it is a short Uber or Lyft

Perfect place

Two couples coming in to spend a birthday weekend in Nashville. One of us having never been there, this stay made our trip wonderful. The apartment is very spacious. It is super safe. Very very clean and the owners are incredibly responsive and friendly. The location is incredible. Convenient to Uber to Broadway. The neighborhood is fun to hang out in. Restaurants are great. If you are a coffee person, there is a perfect little coffee house across the street and there was coffee and mini creamers at the apartment. Loved it. Will recommend and hoping to return again.

Wonderful stay!

Accommodations were very comfortable, everything was spotless and organized. The bedding is incredible, best sleep ever! In the heart of south 12th, which is a great area close to everything. This is the place to stay.

Perfection in 12 South

Mark and Scarlet were amazing hosts! The apartment was so comfortable and the location can not be beat if you are looking for the best place to stay in 12 south, everything was within walking distance from food to shopping and only a 7 minute car ride to downtown and the gulch. Parking was free and plentiful. 2 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with plenty of open concept kitchen and living room space. The apartment is gorgeous! We'd certainly stay again! Thank you for a fabulous time and your hospitality!

Perfect location for our trip

Loved this property! Easy to access and parking a high plus! Everything was clean and ready. The high ceilings make it feel even more spacious. We did have trouble figuring out the TV, but we were busy and didn’t ask. Overall the communication was very detailed, timely and helpful!

Great location if you want easy parking and things to slow down around you after 9-10 p.m. great nearby restaurant options. Great location for running routes.

Incredible location!

Four of us stayed for a few days and had the best time. The apartment is close to EVERYTHING on 12 South and serves as a super clean, cozy, well-appointed home base. We loved the high-end linens and comfortable beds. We look forward to coming back soon.

Great location!

This place was perfect for our Nashville stay - easy parking, fantastic location, lots of stores around - shopping, bars, restaurants and a craft brew shop that my husband loved. It was 4 adults and the two rooms worked perfectly and it would work well with a family as well. Highly recommend!

Girls’ Weekend

This VRBO was perfect for our girls’ getaway! 12th South is a perfect spot to shop, eat, and get to all the great spots in Nashville. Our accommodations exceeded all expectations. Thank you for a fabulous place to stay!!

Great Unit/Poor Check-In

The Good: The unit is in a great location with fun shops, restaurants and bars. It is modern with comfortable beds and pretty much everything you would need for your stay. The unit and location deserve an A+. The Bad: Check-in was a disaster. We had gotten permission the day before our trip for a 2:30pm check-in. We arrived at 3:00pm and there were no keys in the lock box. So we called the manager, who came over in about 10-15 minutes, which was appreciated. When she opened the door, the unit had not been cleaned. We had an event to be at, so the manager waited at the apartment while we quickly got changed in the dirty rental. There were really no apologies at that time. She mostly just threw her partner, Mark, under the bus for not communicating to the cleaning service about the early check-in. I’d buy that, but at 3:30 there was still no cleaning crew there, so in reality, the rental would not have been cleaned even by the normal 4:00 check-in. Since that point, communication has been poor. She mentioned a rental credit, but has not responded since saying she’d check into it. I can’t recommend the unit solely because of management.

LOVE THIS PLACE

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this place in a year. It is wonderful—clean, great location, and they have thought of everything. Great hosts—very accommodating and responsive. The only downside is there is construction next door which starts very early in the mornings; not sure about weekends. Totally not the hosts’ fault; however there is building all over Nashville. I would stay here again and again.

Great stay in a great neighborhood!

The 12 south area is a great place to stay when visiting Nashville. There are great shops, restaurants, and bars within walking distance. It’s a short 10 minute Uber to Broadway. This rental was in the perfect location. Right on the main street, but still incredibly quiet in the condo. Comfortable beds. Exactly as described. Owners gave us great recommendations of places to go. I would highly recommend.

Wonderful stay

This place might have been the best place we have stayed at in Nashville, and we go often. Great, spacious parking, very safe, and the place was beautiful. Great location, walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops, and coffee. Wonderful, very responsive, accommodating hosts. The beds were super comfortable. Little things were also appreciated like water bottles in the fridge, soft toilet paper, and cable tv, many of which we have not experienced at other VRBO's in Nashville, My only negative (not the fault of the owners) is that there is a lot of construction going on next door and I was woken up by a bulldozer at 4:44 am on a Monday. Weekends were fine because there is no construction going on. Other than that, the place was wonderful and I would stay there again.
