It is a fabulous two bedroom / two bath condo with a king bed in the primary bedroom, two twins in the guest bedroom and a sleeper in living room, allowing six people to sleep comfortably. Both bedrooms have private screened lanais with amazing water views. Condo rates are based on 4 but will sleep up to 6 with additions fees per person per week.


Spectacular beach, bay and Gulf Views await you in this tenth-floor condo that has been completely remodeled from floor to ceiling and tastefully decorated for your personal comfort in mind. Seating is plenty beginning with two cozy Lazy Boy leather recliners paired in the living room for gazing out at both the Gulf of Mexico and the Fort Myers Beach coastline. Additional chairs and a sleeper sofa provide seating for all. The screened lanai completes this room and on a good day you can view the beauty of the Sanibel Causeway and Island too.

If you like to cook, then you will love our fully equipped kitchen with some extras to make your stay extremely accommodating. The dining room seats six with four at the table and more at the kitchen bar. The primary bathroom has a standard walk-in shower, and the guest bathroom provides tub/shower combo. All linens are provided, including beach towels!
