AQUA 1411 has new floors, furniture, décor and paint! In addition, the fully stocked kitchen is ideal for all your favorite meals! Also new to this incredible unit, each bunk bed has their own TV!

All AQUA guests must be pre-registered  to receive Parking Permit(s).  The registration fee is $50 per vehicle. This fee is required by Aqua Condominium Resort and its COA. Max of 2 vehicles. This fee will include all amenities and parking pass(es).  This fee is in addition to the booking and details to obtain parking passes will be located on your Rental Agreement and Travel App after you book your reservation.

Excellent room and excellent service

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit and property altered with in excellent condition and well taken care of. The location is the most convenient location we have ever had. All the staff was very friendly and helpful that we encountered. Great place for families. Will definitely be booking with the resort in the future.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property. It was just what we were looking for - with easy beach access, and plenty of food and amenities within walking distance. If you want a place to spread out, relax, and enjoy the beach, this is it. The four reserved beach chairs were a GREAT perk!

Located by everything you need and/or want! The unit was clean and not too high, still giving fabulous views of the crystal clear waters, and truly stunning sunsets. We had up to 4 chairs to use while sunning on the beach, which was a definite plus. The stay was relaxing, exactly what I wanted. Thank you for the hospitality!

The end unit offers privacy although some view is blocked by the building to the east( no sunrise view) and the hotel to the west. Sunset is still visible. Overall the privacy feel was worth it. Our only negative was very rude condo pool staff and the beach chair guys were not friendly. The pool / maintenance guy actually yelled at us because we were just going to sit in a chair waiting for the beach chairs to open and had towels in our hands. He screamed at me and my 7 year old grandson that we could not save tables or chairs. I informed him we were just sitting waiting, not attempting to save anything. He continued to rant and we left. The chair situation seems like too many chairs crammed very close to each other. When we return we will bring our own set up even though the unit came with 4 chairs , we did not enjoy touching other visitors in the same space !

It's a very nice condo! Very well cared for and stocked. The location was great too. Only issue was the road noise and there is nothing the owner/property manager can do about that. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful condo right on the beach. It was a perfect home away from home for a week at the beach. Close enough to walk pretty much anywhere. Very clean!! Loved the games too!! Beach service was great too and the guys were always so friendly. Thank you for wonderful memories!

This condo was very nice and clean. The kitchen has an updated look, which we loved. We enjoyed the fact that they had games and we played every evening. This is by far one of the nicest condo we have stayed at aqua and would definitely love to stay here again.

Family Vacation

A great unit for families. Freshly updated and fully equipped with everything you’d need for a stay at the beach. Our kids loved the built in bunk beds with their own personal TVs as well.

Nice place to stay

Enjoyed stay at Aqua 1411. One note of importance is to go get your beach chair assignment the first day so you get the best chair location. Was some construction going on next door but enjoyed watching them work

Aqua has the best elevators that we have ever used in Panama City

Beautiful apartment and location. Only recommendation would be a larger skillet and griddle. They only have one small skillet for cooking

Thank you so much for the positive reviews! This property is set with all the essentials you will need while cooking on vacation for your family and friends. We do realize we have some true chefs that really like to cook on vacation so we did purchase a few more skillets and baking dishes to make sure you have all you need to prepare the best meal! Great family getaway

The condo is fully equipped with everything you need to stay with children. Just a trip to the grocery store and you’re good for the week. Great communication with all codes needed for your stay. The only thing that could have been better was the weather, and clearly that was under Mother Nature’s control. Overall, we had a great time.
