Beach House Beauty one block from the beach!
This beautiful 3 bedroom and 2 bath home is located in the cozy community of La Conchita. Magnificent views of the ocean can be seen from your living room, bedrooms and balconies.
The home features a Master Bedroom, with ocean views, queen bed, a cozy sitting area, 50” flat screen TV and nice size balcony, excellent for lounging and relaxing. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and a 40" flat screen TV.
The Family Room features a 50" flat screen TV.
The has living room has two separate sitting areas; a sofa and 4 chairs to share your stories. Views of the ocean from every window.
Kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities. Everything you need to create a wonderful and memorable dish!
Outside, back patio with outdoor living and dining with lounging sofas and chairs, fire pit, and BBQ. Backyard extends past the small steps for a game of Corn Hole or Horse Shoe. Small balcony in front has ocean views and relaxing Adirondack chairs to sit and enjoy the cool breeze.
Garage includes a washer & dryer and an extra refrigerator. Beach bicycles (his and hers), boogie boards, beach chairs and umbrellas; everything you need for a day at the beach! Outdoor shower to rinse off the sand and cool off located by garage for your convenience. PLEASE CHECK YOUR FEET FOR TAR!!!!! REMOVE TAR AND SAND BEFORE ENTERING THE HOUSE!!!!!!!!!!!
A short 5-minute walk to the beach and with the Newly Built Tunnel you have direct access to the Rincon beach! Rincon Beach Park is popular with surfers, great for swimmers, picnics, romantic walks, or explore tide pools and do some birdwatching. Use the complimentary Beach Bikes to take a ride on the Rincon Bike trail!
A short drive away explore the Carpinteria Bluffs Nature Preserve, where you’ll find hiking trails and scenic overlooks with views of harbor seals. To the north City of Carpinteria with plenty of restaurants, shops, famous breweries and “World’s Safest Beach”. Still looking for more, try City of Ventura to the South and Santa Barbara to the North with all the restaurants, bars, night life, wine tasting, shops, movie theaters, and much more.
