Beautiful Beach House. Great Location! 25 little steps to the beach (one house back from beach)! Guests are sure to relax and enjoy a memorable beach vacation while staying in this beautiful home in Ventura (Pierpont area), California. With ocean, beach, island, and sunset views! 30-miuntes south of Santa Barbara.

Guests are sure to relax while staying in this large beautifully furnished home with 3 bedrooms with 2 full baths and 2 half bathrooms. Home is comfortable for sleeping 6 people and entertaining for a total of 10 guests. Nice outdoor patio with spa and BBQ.

The House:
On the main level (2nd floor) there is a spacious open concept living room, kitchen, and dining area. Beautifully furnished living area with a contemporary slate rock fireplace to relax and watch amazing sunsets from the balcony or catch a movie on the large TV. The kitchen is fully equipped for the everyday Chef and the dining area for six has a beautiful ocean view with an outdoor balcony.

The family room (downstairs on 1st level) has a large TV and game table and opens to the outside patio where you can enjoy the spa, relaxing and BBQing and shower off using the outdoor shower (with hot water) after a day on the beach.

Bedrooms: The primary suite is on the main level (2nd floor) has a comfortable King-sized bed, spa tub, double sinks, separate shower, and TV. The secondary bedrooms (2) are on the lower level (downstairs) and are fully furnished with queen-sized beds and TV.

What we provide: We provide quality bath towels, beach towels and linens for the beds (already made), plus extra blankets and pillows. A well-equipped kitchen with dishes, cookware, plenty of plates, glasses, and utensils, plus a BBQ for grilling. There is a coffee maker and Keurig, microwave, double-oven, stove top, and dishwasher. In addition, paper products for kitchen and bathrooms. Home has family size washer and dryer for your convenience.

Beach Views: Enjoy a view of the beach, islands and amazing sunsets from the front balcony or roof top patio.

Beach equipment: For the beach we have Boogie boards (3), beach chairs (6), and an umbrella (1) available.

Parking: 2-car garage. Plus, driveway parking for larger vehicles.

Note: Home has central heating. It does not have air conditioning, but all windows open for a nice ocean breeze. Ceiling fans and room fans available.

To request reservation, please submit an inquiry and provide details of all guests in your group. Booking Guest must sign owner vacation agreement after reservation and provide ID prior to arrival.

Because of the multiple levels and sightlines in the home, this home is not for young children and geared towards children aged 10 and over. Large groups or parties are not allowed. A pet fee is required, no large dogs due to hardwood floors. The yard has no grass and dogs must be walked and must be housebroken. Dogs must be approved, please provide breed, age and weight. As a condition of booking approval, the primary guest must respond directly to the host within VRBO’s 24-hour review period. The guest must confirm the total number of overnight guests, whether any pets will accompany the group, and that the home’s size and sleeping arrangements are suitable for the stay.

The host may ask reasonable additional questions about the reservation to confirm that the property is suitable for the guest’s intended stay. Failure to provide the requested information within the 24-hour review period will result in the booking request being declined for noncompliance with this requirement.

These requirements are part of the property’s published House Rules, apply equally to all booking requests, and support VRBO’s 24-hour booking-review process.

Once the booking is confirmed, the primary guest will receive an owner’s vacation rental agreement, which must be signed and returned before arrival. A copy of the primary guest’s valid identification is also required before property-access instructions will be provided.

Ventura (Pierpont Harbor) is a coastal city, northwest of Los Angeles. It’s known for its beaches, like San Buenaventura State Beach, with long, wooden Ventura Pier. Surfer's Point is popular for surfing and windsurfing. Landmarks on downtown’s Main Street include the Mission San Buenaventura, with its 1809 church. Boats depart Ventura Harbor for Channel Islands National Park. Downtown Ventura has many great shops, restaurants, pubs and dinners for everyone to enjoy. Ventura also offers bike rentals, whale watching (seasonal), biking and hiking trails and of course a fantastic beach. Plus, the Ventura fairgrounds has many events throughout the year.

Ojai is just a 30-minute drive to a village-like center dotted with art galleries, shops, and restaurants. Plus, golf and wine tasting. Also, Ojai bike trail.

Santa Barbara is only a 30-minute drive. Here you can enjoy many restaurants, the Zoo, the Santa Barbara Mission, concerts, and art shows.

Enjoy Ventura Pier or Ventura Harbor Village where you can enjoy Channel Island boat excursions, whale watching cruises, deep sea fishing and kayak/boat rentals. In the summer months, hop on the free Ventura Trolley to Downtown for more shops, restaurants, movie theaters and historical sights.
