Please note our personal cancelation policy at the bottom of description, and included within our personal rental agreement. This option is not available from the choices I have as an owner to choose, therefore, the system states NO cancelation to accommodate our policy terms. **For this reason, a rental agreement MUST be signed / initialed and returned to us within 24 hours of booking, WITH picture ID, to be TRULY reserved. AND to implement our cancelation policy over the "no cancelation" policy instituted on this platform.

Beautiful ground floor 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo with direct access to pool, tiki snack shack, and the MOST stunning beaches in America!
Property includes 2 outdoor pools (1 heated seasonally), 2 hot tubs and a kiddie pool. The beach side Tiki Snack Shack (that also serves adult yummies) and beach side charcoal grills are literally just outside your door!
Unfortunately beach services were missed this season, but there will be available to our guests foldable beach chairs (4-6) for use during your stay.
Game room, gym and main offices are just steps away from your front door. These amenities are currently closed to adhere to current covid guidelines, and will open when we have the "ok" to do so. Since this can change from week to week ...so please check with the main offices if this is an important aspect of your visiting.
A pet walk is also easily accessed from our room for **MONTHLY reservations ONLY, which is great for our snowbirds, or those desiring an extended stay away from home, whether for work or for fun! Or both!!
Our spacious condo easily accommodates a family of 6. The fully equipped kitchen will meet all of your cooking needs. Open floor plan with kitchen, living room and dining areas easily merged for maximum guest and family interactions.
Bunk space off the dining area with standard sized twin beds. Light blocking draperies for maximum privacy and sleeping in. Guest room with queen size bed and private access to shared full bath. Guest bath tub/shower combo (New mattresses for these areas placed fall of 2021).
The oversized master bedroom with a KS bed has direct patio access, and private master bath with laundry room. New KS mattress placed in fall of 2019,(temperpedic with cooling gel built in topper) for an excellent nights sleep.
Assigned parking for one vehicle, under cover, for your use. An additional unmarked space may be permitted if requested. Handicap parking just steps from the front door, available on a first-come basis.
Gated community with on-site security present for your peace of mind.
Cancelation policy:
Canceled within 24 hours of booking: 100% returned
After 24 hours...
ALL cancelations will incur a $200 cancelation fee
60 days or more prior to arrival: 100% returned (minus the $200 cancelation fee)
Days 45-59 prior to arrival: 75% returned (minus cancelation fee)
Days 31-45 prior to arrival: 50% returned (minus cancelation fee)
CANCELATIONS 30 days or less from arrival: NO refunds permitted.
MONTHLY Cancelations may be non-refundable if the time frame cannot be rebooked. Cancelation refunds on a case by case basis, at owners discretion. We genuinely suggest Travelers insurance for all bookings made far in advance. With the uncertainty surrounding the current health crisis across the country, it is very advisable to procure a CFAR (Cancel for any reason) travel insurance. We will provide all supporting documentation to help you get your funds returned should you obtain one of the protection policies.
Terms subject to change without notice. If you have reserved prior to any potential changes, and your reservation status is in good standing, any changes after reservations will not affect your stay.

Tony and I have been coming to PCB since 1989! We began as a camping family at St Andrews National Park, and would come annually for almost a decade. We then graduated to renting little 1br condos for our stays, and in 2009 was able to purchase our first condo at Treasure Island. We hope to maybe be able to be snowbirds some it'll be a good 3-5 more years I suspect!
We had owned at Majestic Beach Towers for a few years, and though a lovely complex and beautiful condo, we just really preferred the ambiance of Thomas Dr, and decided to sell Majestic, purchasing Gulf Crest in it's place. We LOVE it as much as we do our Treasure Island 310, and suspect we'll own it for the rest of our lives. So, no worries with losing your vacation due to a sale of the property!
We are a pet-loving family ourselves, and love that Gulf Crest welcomes pets for our guests as well. However, the HOA does state pets for guests are welcome only with a monthly reservation. IF you want your pet (under 25#) for a short stay, I just ask you call the resort office to seek approval. PLEASE be courteous of other guests and the property in pet "pick up", and noise control. IF there are complaints I may have to change our stance to be liked by the "community" in respecting their desires as well.
We will be doing upgrades and changes in the coming seasons. We are only able to come down for "work" once a year, and if able we fit a trip in during the spring or late summer to check on things, and relax a bit. We are attentive to our property, so you can be assured that it will be kept up and well appointed for a pleasant stay. I love to cook, and kitchen gizmos and gadgets are usually well supplied. If ever there is a gizmo you'd like to make your stay more "like home" let me know and we may add it to our collection.
Our primary goal is to provide a nice, relaxing "feel at home" vacation for your family, and earn your trust in coming year after year.

I absolutely LOVE the spaciousness of the living spaces, and the biggest private balcony/lania in all of PCB! It is conveniently located, and the views from the condo cannot be beat! I genuinely look forward to this becoming our home in the future.

Being on the ground level, one of the two pools is directly outside your private patio space, and steps away from the Tiki Hut for a quick snack/light meal...ice cream or adult beverage.
Handicap parking available literally at the front door (available on a 'first come" basis). Assigned parking is a reasonable walk to the front door.
Being a gated community with 24 hour onsite security available gives you peace of mind.
