Omg!! This condo was absolutely amazing! Everything from check in to communication with the host was a breeze. We will stay here again. As a travel agent, who travels a lot, this was by far the best condo we have ever stayed in.

Absolutely amazing location! Beautifully decorated, convenient walk to the beach, it is a smaller pool but it’s plenty big, condo was clean at check in and kitchen was fully stocked! We will absolutely stay here again!!

Wonderful place to stay

You can see the ocean from every room. Beautiful decor. I would recommend this place to anyone going to PCB! Excellent communication with the owners!

Wonderful place!

Beautiful place and more than enough space for everyone. Gorgeous views. Close enough to the shops and restaurants. It's very rare to find one on the beach that is also pet friendly. What's even better but even more rare is 2 bedrooms facing the ocean as me and my bestie both want to wake up to the ocean. Only thing that could have made it the best is if the doors in the bedrooms opened so you could hear the waves but I'm sure they have their reasons and doesn't stop us from wanting to stay again.

Lovely Condo

The condo was absolutely lovely! It looks exactly like the pictures. It was beautifully decorated and there were so many details that made it comfortable for the guests. Everything was so clean and uncluttered. The view was outstanding from every room. You don't have to cross the street to walk your dog or to park. I look forward to another visit.

Great stay!

Property just as listed. Beautiful😊. 2 master suites on opposite ends of the condo provides for privacy. Elevators were fast! That specific part of the beach was not crowded. Loved our stay!! Can’t wait to do it again.

Best condo in PCB

Super clean. Excellent location. Beautiful furniture and decor. Great parking. Owners were very easy to deal with and communicate with. I cannot say enough great things about this property!!! We will definitely be back

Fabulous Place to Stay

What a great week it was! beautiful condo with exceptional views from the massive span of windows that overlook the beach. Make sure to notice the sunsets every afternoon. Plenty of room, great location and very friendly atmosphere. You will not be disappointed with this rental, as we have already decided to rebook this unit for next year. Have rented from these people before, best host in Panama City!

Paradise vacation

This was the most beautiful and well maintained property we’ve stayed in over the years. First time bringing a fur baby and she absolutely loved the balcony as much we did. Everything and more that you could ask for. Biggest bonus for us was how comfortable the bed was. Beautiful views and a great nights sleep. Perfect. 😎

Great stay!

We had my wife myself and our son and his girlfriend. Plenty of room. Well located very clean and had a great location. Definitely would stay there again. Best condo Ever

This was the first time we've stayed at seachase, we were completely in awe of the how nice the condo was. Everything was so new and clean. The kitchen was super nice all new appliances, i felt like i was in a chefs kitchen. The bed was so comfortable and the tv was great The ocean view was amazing, having the free beach chairs everyday was nice. The beach was not crowded The convenience to the grocery store and restaurants was great. We loved our time there and are planning a return trip soon.

AMAZING CONDO!!!

This condo was the best place that I have ever stayed in! Not just me but my kids absolutely loved it as well. It had everything there that you would ever need. It was also absolutely beautiful and amazing! When we were inside, it felt as though we were away on a Caribbean Island somewhere. The view was spectacular! The only negative thing about it all was not having more vacation time to use to stay longer!! There is absolutely nothing negative that I can say about the condo. Jeff was really great to work with too. We will definitely stay here again...without a doubt. Thank you, Jeff, for sharing your condo with us!

Outstanding and Beautiful

The location was perfect. It's 1 mile to Pier Park and the Ferris wheel, Dave and Buster's, tons of shops and restaurants and even a movie theater. There is also shopping directly across the street from the condo with a great Sunsations beach store, Pizza hut, and a huge candy shop. The reserved beach chairs that were included were absolutely wonderful and we felt spoiled with plenty of beach space and Jacob the chair attendant was very helpful. The parking was excellent and extremely convenient and there was never a wait for the elevators. Cleanliness is always a top priority for me, and I must say, this condo exceeded my expectations!

Terrific condo

This is the second year staying with this host (different condo on same property). He is great to book with. He is quick to respond to any questions you may have. The property and condo themselves are the overall best we have stayed at in PCB. We have previously stayed at Aqua, Calypso, and Ocean Reef to name a few. This property is much easier to access in regards to traffic and elevator usage. You don’t have to wait! Also, the beaches are so much less crowded than other areas. The condo itself was perfect for us. The bunk beds were what we needed for the two boys. The decor in the room was beautiful with the new sectional. Overall, we would highly recommend this place.

INCREDIBLE VIEWS!

This condo is Super clean, Beautiful and everything is Brand New! It has the most incredible views with the wall of windows in both Master suites and the entire living area... Including balconies in every room. You literally have the beach to yourself as it is not crowded at all. We loved the beach chairs and umbrella provided daily and parking under the condo was very convenient. The elevator was close to the parking and we never had to wait. It's only a mile from Pier Park and grocery stores and shops and restaurants are within walking distance. This was by far the best experience we have had with VRBO and we 100% guarantee that you will love this condo and the hosts!

BEST CONDO IN PANAMA CITY BEACH!

A truly exceptional experience! This newly totally renovated condo in Panama City exceeded all expectations. Immaculately clean and breathtaking views from the 8th floor that truly made us feel like we were floating on water. The proximity to restaurants and shopping was incredibly convenient and we even walked to Pier Park. The private beach was a rare find especially here in PCB and even during August we had plenty of space to ourselves on the beach. My kids absolutely adored the bunk room and the set up was perfect for us. Every aspect of our stay was nothing short of amazing. The hosts were beyond excellent and truly delivered a 5-Star experience. I would give 10 stars if I could! I am already planning my next stay and I can't wait to return to this Beautiful slice of paradise!

Absolutely Amazing !⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This condo is Absolutely Beautiful! The views and balconies are incredible from Both Bedrooms and this area of the beach is not crowded at all. Everything is brand new from the kitchen and bathrooms and Bedrooms and Furniture. We have stayed in their condo #402 East in Seachase and this condo is set up perfectly for our family and just as beautiful! We love the 2 Master Bedrooms and the bunk room was perfect for our 2 kids. It's a much better solution than having bunks in the hallway as it has a door and and a bit of privacy for the kids. The concierge beach chair service was Awesome and We are already planning our next trip. Jeff was a great host and we can't wait to get back to 804E! Thank you ! Thank you ! Thank you !

Lovely Condo and Beach

The condo is exactly as pictured. When you walk in and see the beautiful sweeping views of the gulf it really takes your breath away. We’ve stayed a lot of places and this is pretty close to perfection. The Good: Great view and high floor: One whole side of the condo is glass floor to ceiling. Amazing views in any room. Luxury: This condo is completely remodeled with tasteful and modern decor. Nice new furniture and no musty smell that you can get in some oceanfront rooms. Parking: There were always spots and getting in and out was easy. Beach: Clean, white sand and the gulf here is so clear and that beautiful green blue you don’t get on the east coast. Chair Service: Who wants to haul chairs and umbrellas every single day. Plus they were so kind and accommodating. No Street: I don’t want to have to cross a busy highway or any road really to get to the beach. The condo is on the beach and only a few steps away. Great hosts: Angela and Jeff are the best and truly care about their guests. Dogs allowed: This is really special. My husband and I travel a lot for work and for pleasure and we didn’t want to leave our little pups at home this time. You don’t usually find a nice place like this that is dog friendly. Bonus points: My son is a pilot and my husband is a veteran and we enjoyed seeing the occasional fighter jets and C130s. The Bad: You can’t choose who your neighbors will be and we were not lucky this time.

Great beach proximity and set up

Haven’t been to PCB in years before this. What we loved the most was how easy it was to get to the beach and the daily chair set up. It was not rows and rows of people. Loved the short walk to the sand piper to cool off and get snacks. We had a wonderful week!
