This great condo offers access to a shared pool and hot tub. Prepare and share meals from the full kitchen or relax by the fireplace after a full day of activities. A balcony with a deck is right off the living room, perfect for taking in the fresh mountain air.

From this fantastic South Tahoe location, you are steps away from the beaches of Lake Tahoe. Community amenities are conveniently located right on the property. Restaurants, galleries, and shopping are all nearby or head across the state line to a Nevada casino. Winter adventure at Heavenly Mountain Resort is close by as well as hiking and biking trails for summertime fun.

Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: Surveillance cameras are in use in the common areas only.

Dock details: Dock/pier is for sightseeing and to see the beautiful view of Lake Tahoe. No boat docking or boat tying of any kind is permitted. No fishing or diving off the dock is permitted.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Lovely Lake Tahoe Village, Not So Lovely Unit

I've stayed at several LakeLand properties, and unfortunately, this one seems quite outdated. The furnishings and decor seem stuck in the '80s or early '90s, and it’s obvious the homeowners haven’t invested much time or care into modernizing the space for the 2020s. While I understand every homeowners situation is different, for the price being charged, both Vacasa and the homeowner should seriously re-evaluate the unit from top to bottom — from the outdated bathrooms and old silverware to the overall neglected and unkempt feel. If you only needed the unit for the weekend, it's suffice but overall the unit should be charging much less, especially when you consider all the high fees from Vacasa.

Good value property

Has everything you need. Two hot tubs and a heated pool. Very responsive management. We had a great time. The layout of the place is not ideal for whomever is sleeping in the loft as both bathrooms are on the lower floor but we managed.

Great condo, could use some updating in bathrooms and kitchen

Our family loved our time at the condo! The bedroom, living area and loft are all nice. Both bathrooms and the kitchen are in need of some major updates.

Love the location!!

Loved the location! A short 3-4 minute walk to the beach, which we enjoyed. We went in the late afternoon and there wasn’t many people there. They provided beach chairs which were great. A little hard to navigate around the complex and got lost once or twice. They do have maps every so often but still got turned around which is my fault. Across the street is Whole Foods which was nice to have also. In the middle of everything. Could walk to some food places. On first arrival the place was very nice and clean. After being there a few days just can tell things need to be updated. Wallpaper is peeling in a bunch of places. The headboards on the beds were super dusty. And upstairs smelled very musty and was hot. We used the fans provided and it helped with the smell and it took a while to cool down. didn’t realize this place doesn’t have air conditioning which is my fault it was in the description. The winding stairs to go to the loft were a little wobbly which made it scary so we avoided that area. I didn’t address this with the host but they have spiders. I killed between 2-4 a day everyday for 3 days we were there. They like the bathrooms mainly. Some baby spiders and some full grown. Kind of bugged me but I wasn’t letting it get to me since we were gone the majority of the day. If I would have stayed in the condo all day then maybe I would have addressed it. Other than that it was very nice and would definitely stay again when in Lake Tahoe. Felt safe and it was super quiet

Ideal location and great getaway

Stayed here with three adults and one infant. Location of the condo is ideal- walking distance to Heavenly Shuttle, the 50 bus, and a number of stores (CVS, Whole Food, Safeway). Condo was clean, ground well kept and cleared despite heavy snow before we got there. Inside the main room was bright and felt much larger than the actual size thanks to the high ceiling and skylight. Toilet paper, towels, and bed linens are provided. Basic dish cleaning supplies but if you will be there more than a few days you will need to buy more. Kitchen is sparingly set up with pots/pans/utensils, but does have a blender, coffee pot, electric kettle and toaster. Washer/dryer is in the main lodge but very reasonably priced and they will give you detergent if you need. Note that the loft has the third bed, and requires the person to navigate the spiral stairs to get to it. Overall a really delightful place to stay close to both water and mountains, quiet and just right for our little family! Would definitely recommend for convenience and location!

Nice ski condo

Stayed 3 days with my daughter and a friend, perfectly comfortable. Plenty of parking and the hot tub was a real bonus. No complaints.

House needs upgrade

Excellent location, no big problem with the house but many small issues leaving bad taste overall. For example one of the sofa cushion is broken, bathroom lock doesn’t work, microwave doesn’t work properly, stove coils are not even etc. We were also disappointed by not having enough paper towel, and we had to purchase those during our 3 days of stay. I would not recommend this house.

Nice Getaway

Townhome was clean on arrival. Though, bathrooms could use a deep clean and some updating. Bedroom and loft were clean and attractive, Love that it was walking distance to the beach! Would definitely stay here again!!

Excellent location only a few areas of improvement

First for the not so great, we needed clean towels upon arrival as the one small bathroom (there are two right next to each other on first floor) did not look too clean. The carpet in the living room needs to be replaced or cleaned, very dirty (as mentioned in other reviews) Couch has one section that is broken through the frame, stove burners lopsided and a little hard to cook on, only four place settings of dishware (we are family of 6). Now for the good stuff! Management very responsive! Clean towels and an extra fan (very hot week) were delivered right away upon contact. Additionally they replaced a screen on a window in living room so that we could get more airflow to the loft area. House worked well for our family in terms of size (2 adults, 4 teens). The location is EXCELLENT, close to restaurants and shopping. The access to the beach and pool were also fantastic. Really nice property/resort for a family vacation. We will definitely rent in Lakeland Village again.

Ehhh!

Location was convenient but VERY! Out dated and not clean!… if motel 6 was a condo this is it. With all the money they get from rentals, it wouldn’t kill them to at least go to Ross and re decorate the condo to date. And don’t get my started on the rug in the living room gross! Needs to be burned!

Amazingly Clean and Refreshing

Needs a little update and clean floors.

It just needed the floors to b more clean one of the bathrooms look like it hadn't been cleaned it needs a little upgrade on appliances handrail needs to be fix for safety other then that it was okay.

I was told the pool was open it was not

The whole point in staying there was that we were told the pool was open. Our 4 year old was very let down. We went to celebrate her birthday there. The appliances are super old. There was an awful sewage smell downstairs. The shower would not drain all the way. Would not recommend.

Great Location, Basic Amenities

Love the lakeland village location, parking was easy. The unit was very basic, not my fav floor plan but it absolutely met our needs for this trip.

Older property

The property was older than what the pictures showed. The appliances were very old, especially the stove. At the "private beach" people had stacked out their spot for weeks by pitching a tent and leaving it there overnight.

Just enough

The property is in a fantastic location and that is about all you get. The house looks like a incomplete remodel. The couches were very uncomfortable, tv was very limited, the light outside did not work, the shower put more water in the tub than in the sprayer and worst of all the toilets kept breaking! Final note for families: the sleeping quarters are on the ground level and the top level which is not always suitable with kids.

Not exactly what we were looking for

This rental would be great for some college kids or quick ski trip but for my young family it was not clean enough. The floors downstairs were gross. Bathrooms are old, dirty, and not well maintained. Says it sleeps 6, only enough glassware for 2! Limited supplies in kitchen. Won’t stay again.
