Thank you so much for your feedback of the home in beautiful South Lake Tahoe! We are thrilled that the home was a great property for your vacation! For future guests to note, this home is advertised as having no A/C, which is very common in South Lake Tahoe, and we provide portable fans for our guests’ comfort. Also for future guests to note, bears are common in Tahoe and we do our best to communicate safety tips to each guest via text message prior to their stay. We always encourage guests to stay bear aware by keeping cars locked, never leaving food unattended, and giving wildlife plenty of space if they're spotted. We hope we can host you again soon!

Mattresses are tricky because what may be comfortable to one person might be uncomfortable to the next. However, we have shared your review with the owners for their consideration and will inspect all mattresses to make sure no replacements are needed. We also have instructions posted in each of our homes as well as recorded videos available to send. If there are any difficulties using the home amenities, our team is available 9am to 6pm pacific time via text, phone, email or VRBO messaging. We look forward to hosting you. We appreciate your feedback as well. Air conditioning is certainly a rare find in Tahoe, which is why we provide portable fans in every bedroom. For future guests, we always recommend leaving the blinds closed during the day, then opening the windows in the evening to let in the brisk mountain air. For future guests to note, additional trash dumpsters are available on the Lakeland Village premises, or you can request a pickup of trash by our staff. We are shocked and appalled about the behavior you witnessed at the onsite pool. We are so sorry that happened during your stay and the Lakeland Village security should have handled it. For future guests to note, please give us a call if you are dealing with any type of issue and we will contact Lakeland Village security ourselves to make sure it is properly resolved. Also, we are sorry the Keurig was not operating correctly, we have addressed this for future guests. Also, for any future trips - there are two pools/hot tubs locations on the Lakeland Village grounds. One by the lodge and one on the lakefront.
