Summerwind West is a Gulf-front Resort on 450 FT of sandy beaches with emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico in Navarre Beach, Florida. Unit 1404 has beautiful views of the gulf from the living room and the master bedroom and sound views from the living room and front bedroom. You will love staying in this home away from home! The kitchen is fully furnished and stocked with all the necessary items to create a meal on your own if you choose including a dishwasher, garbage disposal, and all stainless steel appliances. The dining room table can seat 6, and there are also 4 bar stools at the breakfast bar. The living room has comfortable chairs and a sofa that converts to a queen size sleeper. It is a great spot to relax with your family and friends. There is a large flat-screen TV in the main room and every bedroom has a flat-screen TV. There is also an auxiliary port available to connect to and listen to your favorite tunes. The master bedroom includes a king size bed and walk in closet. This room has a private bathroom with a double vanity and separate shower and tub. The master bedroom also grants you your own private access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with the common area. The third bedroom has a comfortable queen bed and a private bathroom. This bedroom has beautiful sound views.

Made it right

When we got to the condo, we found a leak coming from one of the showers so we had to Shut the water off to the condo until it could be fixed. The plumber came out and fixed it but not until we were forced to turn on and off the water for four days. The owner took responsibility and gave us a partial refund on our stay. She was very respectful and helpful getting the plumber there ASAP

Perfect Family Vacation

This was our 2nd year staying at this exact condo. We love the wrap around balcony. Debbie is excellent to communicate with. The condo is beautiful and functional. We love Summerwind! The proximity to the pier is perfect. We had a great week and will be booking again!

door knobs loose and came off tub leaked in master bedroom screws came out of some of the chairs and bedrooms really hot.

Great trip!

Highly recommend this condo! The view is amazing and the balcony allows you to take in the the sunset views over the bay along with beach views. The condo was very clean and communication with the owner was prompt and easy. My family would definitely stay again!

Navarra Beach get away

Very nice condo. Views of the ocean was amazing. Its near the pier with the lights at night its spectacular. Tv in every room. All the convenients of home. Either eat in or go out. The ocean is crystal clear and everyone is very friendly!! Will be visiting soon

Just Beachy!

We enjoyed 1404 so much! The pictures do not do it justice. The condo is absolutely beautiful! We loved not having to move around silly decorations to make room for our stuff. It is beautifully decorated and everything has a purpose. Having a regular coffee pot was perfect for our family, but also liked the option of the Keurig. This was the first condo in 30 years that actually had sharp knives! We did go purchase a couple things at the Dollar Tree: a mat for when we came in the door (wet kiddo!), an anti slip for the tub for my parents tub, and some plastic rubber ware. If we had little kids we would have need some plastic bowls because everything is glass. The hot water and water pressure was great! Beds were comfy. Outdoor seating was what we needed. Security staff by the pool were very kind. We also loved having the lifeguards right in front of the condo. The weather wasn’t perfect, but the lifeguards spoke to us daily about what areas were safe for our kiddos! If you are looking for yummy seafood we recommend: Where Y’all At (such a dive and our favorite meal!), Scooters, Dewey’s, and the local steamer!

Beautiful views!

Cute, comfortable condo with amazing views and a wrap-a-round balcony. It was perfect for my family if 6. Elevators were fast and there is a convenient store/gift shop on the first floor. I highly recommend renting this condo!

Beautiful place!

This place was beautiful and the views are amazing. Location to pier is incredible with just a short walk over to it. We enjoyed access to pools and hot tubs and the fact that there was a small store on first floor was very helpful. We had a few elevator issues which were resolved in a timely manner and response from owner was fast. We loved this place and want to return.

1st time to Navarre Beach but our annual Florida vacay

Property was all that was described. Enjoyed the view. Big corner condo. Washer and dryer was a big plus. All appliances worked. Beds were comfy. Slept 8 people comfortably. No negative review about the condo but the property did have 2 of the 2 elevators broken which was time consuming at the peak hours of the day and the seaweed in front of the property was pretty bad so we may plan the trip earlier in the season next time.

Family Getaway

The property location is wonderful for kids and adults. The condo was just as advertised. We had other family members staying in the east and center buildings; this was convenient for getting together. Enjoyed our stay and would come back again.

Great family vacation summer 2022

The family enjoyed the condo, the beach, and the convenient souvenir store on the 1st floor, but our favorite part was the view from the balcony. And you can't beat the location.

Great time in Navarre

Renting the Condo was easy. Our Condo was very nice and clean! Dining room was had enough room for all 6 adults. It was nice and quiet. The "gift" shop was very nice and the beach and pool were great! We have already booked for next year at the same Condo.

It was a great place to stay . Other than the seaweed on the beach was bad .

It was really good the view is awesome. An the amount of sea shells the kids found was crazy ! Over all was great other than the seaweed they do not clean the beaches every morning like some places we have stayed.

Great condo and owner!

We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo! It was nicely furnished and very organized, especially the kitchen. Having a Keurig and drip coffee maker gave us options in the morning! The owner was very helpful with all questions and arrangements for services we needed. We certainly recommend this unit/owner!

Amazing View and Perfect Location

This condo was perfect. The view was astounding. The owner was extremely easy to deal with. Any question I had was answered immediately. This condo is super roomy and very clean. The location to the pier is great. You won’t be disappointed if you book here.

Great location, beautiful view.

We loved being right on the beach and walking distance to several restaurants. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The gift and snack shop on site were great. A few things could have been cleaner, but overall we enjoyed our stay.
