The location was amazing! We loved being so close to the beach and not having to cross Mission Blvd but also the privacy of not being directly on the boardwalk. It was easy to carry all the stuff (LOVED that chairs, boogie boards, surf boards, sand toys were included!) with a quick 60 steps or be able to easily run back to the bathroom or to grab whatever we forgot! And William, the host, was very helpful and super quick to respond to me with my few outreaches - primarily just for check in/check out time and details. We didn't have any issues or problems. We just wish we would've had another day or two!

The place was great, spacious enough for the 6 of us, great view and easy quick access to the beach and bay. The owner was easy to work with and responded to questions right away.

My wife and I plus 3 kids under 13 yrs old. We wanted a place walkable to the beach w/out crossing a major street but not on the boardwalk. This worked out really well. I would do it again.

Perfect location! The beach is right there and a short walk to Belmont Park. I’m pretty picky about how the beds are when we travel. These were very comfortable. Great commutation with host. And we thought how kind there were items available for kids use that helped us with our toddler grandson. Great fun stay.

We’ve stayed in the area for years but typically on the bay side, so this was the first time on the beach side and everyone preferd it! Great access to the beach, to the restaurants down by Belmont, and to the bay! It was a last min unplanned trip and everything was great. Everything looks newer and clean and we had body boards and beach chairs so I would totally recommend!

We stayed here for a Bachelorette trip, and it was awesome! Perfect location - super close to the beach! A lot of space and the beds were super comfy. The only downside is that the two sofa beds were somewhat broken, but the host was great at responding and was able to accommodate with whatever we needed! Would definitely stay here again.

Truly exceptional spot. The home was clean, beds were comfy, set up was perfect for hanging out with a glass of wine to watch the sunset. Having parking in the garage was an added bonus. Had everything you need for a visit. The bunks were even comfortable. Great for families (1/2 block from beach) or two moms bringing their seniors to visit SDSU! The host could not have been more responsive or helpful. 5 stars!

Beautiful and Amazing Location

Our brief visit was delightful, particularly thanks to the prime location. While it wasn't directly on the oceanfront, it was close enough to enjoy stunning sunsets!The accommodation was not only clean but also well-furnished, equipped with everything we needed for our stay.Many thanks for a fantastic experience!

Great place, great location

Perfect location - easy walking to dining/bars, steps from the beach, and a great place to start a morning run (or walk to the Plunge for some reasonably priced lap swimming).And the penthouse was great for us. Very clean, plenty of space (6 people in our party) all the amenities we needed. Couldn’t have asked for more. Hope to be back at some point!

Four Seasons - Mission Beach

Beautiful home in the perfect location. Came equipped with lovely amenities, super clean and a no hassle check in and check out process.Notes:Lots of stairs, very compact garage (be comfortable backing in), and no built in water dispenser from the fridge.

Perfect location. Great space overall! Nice range of amenities available to guests. Things like the baby gate for steep stairs were incredibly helpful and the extra single stroller and range of beach toys were great. Host extremely responsive and helpful. The three bedrooms were ideal for our family of 5. There are even two pullout couches in living area so could accommodate 7-8 comfortably. The garage is as others describe…extremely narrow at 7’ wide. We had to park on street which was a bummer but manageable.We came from Texas and used to AC at night. The master bedroom is by far the warmest room in penthouse which can happen in any space and we used the extra fans available and opened windows on the cooler nights which helped some. Other rooms comparably were much cooler.There was no salt, pepper, foil, or any storage containers for left over food, so plan accordingly for meals in penthouse. We would definitely go back!
