Cozy 1-bedroom, 1-bath, pet friendly condo located at Sunrise in Mammoth Lakes, in the scenic Meadow area near Mammoth Creek and Snowcreek Meadow. Sleeps up to 4 guests and is approximately 800 sq ft.

This bright ground-floor corner unit is all on one level with no outside stairs to enter. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and flat-screen Smart TV. A twin rollaway bed is available for a child. The living room offers a queen sofa bed, comfortable seating, flat-screen Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and a wood-burning stove (wood provided).

The fully equipped kitchen includes all major appliances, cookware, and dishware, with the dining area providing space for meals. Two outdoor parking spaces are included.

Guests enjoy access to Sunrise's community amenities, including a year-round spa and sauna, as well as a seasonal heated pool and BBQ area. Laundry facilities are available on-site with coin-operated machines.

Complimentary internet and cable TV are provided.

The condo was nice and clean when we arrived. The bedroom mattress could use an upgrade. To hard for our liking. The bedframe squeaks when you roll over. Other than that it is a nice place close to the main Mammoth village.

This unit was perfect for our short stay in Mammoth Lakes. The unit was very clean, stocked with the essentials, and was exactly as described!! We would stay there again if the need should arise. Thanks!

Great little place. Pull out couch was actually pretty comfortable and location was good. Right by the red line so easy access to town and the mountain. I brought my own pan to cook and would recommend you do the same. Highlight was the fireplace!

Great place to stay with the kids and dog! Close to the lifts and restaurants. Very comfortable and spacious unit.

Very clean, nice quiet condo, with a beautiful view.

Very easy check in, condo was accurately described, in a beautiful location. Parking was easy, neighbors were quiet and well respected. Plan on returning here soon.

Convenient to Eagle lodge

Condo is a mix of old and new interiors but is clean and has a nice view. Listing says it’s pet friendly so keep that in mind because despite cleanliness you’ll still find some dog hair in case that’s a problem.

Spacious quiet condo

My daughters and I stayed at this condo for a long weekend. The condo was very spacious and well equipped for everything we needed. There was an ample supply of extra pillows/blankets and the roll away bed was great for the kids. The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies we needed for meals as well. And the condo was very quiet despite it being a long weekend. We will definitely be back :)

Meadow Lane

Beautiful view of the mountains. Some of the pots were dirty. My husband spent over 20 minutes cleaning the burnt on food. Some of the kitchen tools were not working well. The accommodations, except for the kitchen, were great.

#6 pet friendly

Very nice, pleasantly surprised it was very clean and not overly decorated with Knick/knacks etc. The walkway from the door to parking had been cleared as well as the roads from the overnight heavy snow accumulation I would have booked a longer stay but I was apprehensive booking a condo that allowed pets, but I was so wrong! No odors and spotless ..

I had great weather. Fishing was great. The condo is roomy and comfortable. I disliked the TV , I am not tech savvy. I only got CBS . Overall a great condo.

fun stay

We very much enjoyed out stay. The location was easy and convenient to skiing and stores. The property management team was very responsive when i needed help getting the cable to the TV reconnected. Good amount of dishware and pans for cooking/eating. The only drawback was that it was extremely muddy/dirty snow outside our area that was nearly impossible not to track into the house- a larger entry rug or area to take off shoes would have been helpful. The unit was perfect for our stay and we would definitely stay again.

Great location, and view. Dirty sheets.

I wanted to like it because everything was great except for the bed. The top sheet had dog hair. The pillows had human hair, and the comforter had holes in them. Everything else was excellent.

Great location

Although incredibly hard to find in a snow storm and we had to trek through 2 ft of snow to get to the unit with all our stuff because the walkways hadn’t been cleared, the place itself was as advertised. The bed could use an update. It creaks every time you move, the headboard bangs against the wall when you sit down and the linens are old. Other than that, great spot.

Thank you for your feedback. Our work crew was working hard to remove the snow as quickly as possible during your stay. During the beginning of the year we had over 17 feet of snow in 16 days. We apologize that the walkway was not clear upon your arrival. Our work crew is very efficient at snow removal but we apologize with the amount of snow we had in a short period of time that it was a challenge to keep up. Thank you for your understanding.
