This upstairs 2/2 unit is comfortably furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, cable TV, Wi-Fi, and washer/dryer. Relax in by the pool and enjoy a refreshing beverage under the Tiki Bar. You will be vacationing in a tranquil, peaceful environment without sacrificing any of the daily necessities and luxuries you are seeking in a getaway.

All photos, calendar dates, and rates on this website are 100% accurate. All of our homes include cable TV, Wi-Fi, quality linens, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Our kitchens are stocked and include pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, coffee mugs and other items. The unit is supplied with some basic household needs (starter roll of toilet paper and paper towel one garbage bag). SBR does not supply toiletries, hair dryer, iron or ironing boards during your stay.

We make it easy to stay with us! Drive straight to your rental and access the home with your unique lock code. We will send you detailed check-in instructions 48 hours prior to arrival, and we are available 24 hours a day with live help should you require it.

Siesta Beach Rentals follows local/state tax rules. Each reservation includes applicable taxes and fees.

Great location just minutes from the beach and the village, no need to really venture outside of the Villa with the backyard pool they have here! Will stay here again!

The only thing I'd say is that it wasn't clear we would be sharing the pool. It was fortunate that the couple below us left after a day but that would have been a big disappointment. Otherwise all good.

Our host Scott was excellent! He was so communicative and helpful through our stay. We ended up moving to a different property due to unforeseen A/C issues, and we loved the new spot! We were closely located to all the shops and restaurants, so we were able to walk everywhere. My friends and I hope to come back again soon!!

Great location

342B is a prime location to stay! Walking distance from everything yet far enuf away from the nighttime party noise to still relaxe! We were thrilled both our dogs could come with us! Everything was clean and exactly what we needed! Would definitely recommend !!

Great location

We stayed in the top level of a 2-unit building. The place was clean, functional, and had plenty of room. The pool is really great and only shared between the two units. There are a couple of beach wagons and chairs made available. The place is easily walkable to the beach and there are also plenty of places at the beach to drive and park. It is less than a half-mile walk to the little town area with shops and restaurants. The place is pet-friendly which was a big plus for us. We would definitely stay here again.

Location and quiet - would recommend!

Overall, my experience was good. Property and pool were clean which is most important to me. Upon arrival, the beach wagons were broke and the air conditioning broke the next day. I called the property owner and he was very quick (immediately) to fix both issues. New AC panel and new wagons within the same day. Great service and a very pleasant property owner. Great location - only a block from the village. The listing is accurate when it mentions the unit is lightly stocked with toiletries, garbage bags- those types of products. But no issue as the village supermarket is only 1 block away and has everything, including a Deli. I will return next year. Nice place.

The initial VRBO that we rented had a decent pool. Small but OK. The pet facilities were nonexistent. We arrived late at night and the entire area was dark. No lighting. We were traveling with several suitcases and a pet. We had to traverse to the second floor without any light. The air-conditioning unit went out on our third day there. There were other issues that had not been addressed before we arrived. The maintenance and management took their time and tried to get us to stay in a non-air-conditioned unit while trying to place blame on us for the air-conditioning not working because we had turned it off when we had the doors open. I guess we were supposed to not expect the air conditioning to work again after we flipped the switch back on. We are both senior citizens and had to pack up all of our belongings and the food and drinks that we had purchased and lug them from the second story unit to another second story unit across the street. We were not offered help until after the fact.We were not offered any type of compensation for our struggle or troubles We left the VRBO that we stayed in for the remainder of the time in excellent condition. The dishes were cleaned in the dishwasher and all of the linens and towels were in the washing machine. All of the garbage had been taken out. We are respectful and responsible guests. We reached out to the manager before we placed this review, but he was unapologetic.

The beach trip

Nice place but the house next door can house 22 and it was full of 22 year olds and very loud! Had to call the police on them!!! They left on Wednesday so all was great after that.

Our summer vacation.

On arrival property had not been cleaned, contacted owner to which he explained mess up with cleaners. Property was then cleaned and we started our vacation. We would recommend this property, owner apologised for mess up with cleaners, corrected straight away.
