5213B Calle Menorca - Ready to stay at the best location in the Siesta Key village? 5213 B Calle Menorca is one of four condos, on the property, in the heart of Siesta Key, FL. This is an upstairs unit and requires stairs to climb. The interior is tastefully decorated with a beach theme and the exterior will put you in vacation mode with two new pools and a tiki bar. Make your reservations fast because these will not remain available for long, especially in prime season.

All photos, calendar dates, and rates on this website are 100% accurate. All of our homes include cable TV, Wi-Fi, quality linens, beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Our kitchens are stocked and include pots, pans, plates, silverware, glasses, coffee mugs and other items. The unit is supplied with some basic household needs (starter roll of toilet paper and paper towel one garbage bag). SBR does not supply toiletries, hair dryer, iron or ironing boards during your stay.

We make it easy to stay with us! Drive straight to your rental and access the home with your unique lock code. We will send you detailed check-in instructions 48 hours prior to arrival, and we are available 24 hours a day with live help should you require it.

Siesta Beach Rentals follows local/state tax rules. Each reservation includes applicable taxes and fees.

This is our 3rd year staying at this wonderful home. It is always perfectly ready for us and always a perfect size for our small family. The house has everything you need for a great vacation and is so close to all of the shops, restaurant and beach. We love staying here and will be back again. Thank you for taking care of us and allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Another day in Paradise!

Year 3 in a row and hoping to be back in 2026 for the 4th straight. Brought some more family down this year and they stayed in the adjacent unit. Kids had a blast, weather was perfect and Siesta Key Beach was phenomenal...as always! These units are in just about the best location you can get. No need to rent a golf cart! Walk everywhere! Only got in the car once to go down to Midnight Pass for stand up paddle boarding tour!

Perfect long weekend stay

The property was very nice and the location was perfect. My wife and I loved staying here. It was a very clean place. We will re-rent this place again as Siesta Key is a favorite spot, however, we will get the downstairs unit bext time, because there is 30 steps to the upstairs unit. Again, this is a great unit, you will not be disappointed. A+.

Fantastic Week!

We stayed with our 14 and 16 year old sons and Golden Retriever. Photos are good, but in person is even better. SUPER close to everything. We drove very little during our week stay. First time to Siesta Key and it did not disappoint! We will be back for Spring vacation next year for sure. So relaxing. Met some nice people that were staying in the other units. Locals are very friendly as well. We walked to the beach, bicycled, golfed, jet skied and dined at some great restaurants. The supermarket is 100 yards away. We've stayed all over the state of FL and this location for families has it all. Kids didnt want to leave the pool. Thanks for a lifetime of memories! We drove down from Boston and I'm glad we were so close to the action because parking can be quite tough! It was nice to pull into own own spot on a busy Saturday afternoon! We didn't want to leave!

The property was exactly as we needed for our two small dogs to join us on vacation. We loved the location, one block from the village! The air conditioner worked great! Scott was very helpful and accommodating to our every need! Would definitely stay here again in the future!

Beautiful Siesta Key

We had a great time staying in this condo. The grounds were nicely maintained. The room was spacious and had good living space. The beds were comfortable. Overall it was clean but could use a deeper cleaning. Being near the beach makes it more difficult. The soap for the bathroom was not the greatest. We ended up buying bar soap from the small store right around the corner. Not a deal breaker. We would stay there again.

Great location and property manager was wonderful

We stayed for 3 weeks. The location was great but at times was a little noisy being so close to town. We had a couple of small issues but the property manager went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The kitchen isn’t as nicely stocked as most other places we have rented but we would definitely book this unit again. Overall a wonderful three weeks.

Perfect location - exactly as listed

This condo is located in the perfect location! Pictures were exactly as expected. It is a 3 minute walk to all the bars/restaurants, 5 minute walk to the beach and has a great backyard with pool and tiki hut. Check-in was a breeze and would highly reccomend booking this place for a Siesta Key getaway!

Great location. I came away refreshed and relaxed as I walked just a few blocks to the beach everyday. Overall great experience for our first time in siesta key .

Great Location

This property is clean and airy. Best aspect is the close proximity to the main strip in Siesta Key. It's a two minute to tons of restaurants, shops, and a fully stocked grocery store.

Great visit

We had a very positive experience! The unit was clean, updated and really nice. The location was perfect for us as it was close to the beach and the Siesta Key Village restaurants.
