2026 Update: Construction has recently started at Sea View Park behind the home. Because of this, the weekly rates of 7/25 and 8/1 have been reduced accordingly.
Lovely, spacious contemporary Cape with water views. Home is situated on a quiet lane just .2 mile to Seaview beach. This tastefully decorated home offers one window a/c in the downstairs Bedroom, a oversized Mitsubishi 24,000 BRU split air AC that cools the upstairs loft and bedroom, a skylight, microwave, dishwasher, stereo, internet, cable, and four televisions. Living room and loft TV will have cable. TV's in the bedrooms offer streaming services. First floor laundry with washer and dryer. Comfortable teak patio table and chairs and beautiful gas fireplace with serene river views, makes the patio a fantastic and relaxing spot to be!
Close attractions and restaurants include Holiday Hill mini golf, Seaview Park, The Wee Packet, The Original Seafood Restaurant, The Oyster Company, Thai Ocha Cafe, Honey Dew Donuts, Chapin's Fish and Chips, Cleat and Anchor, Bandera's, the South Side Cantina, The Dog House, Sundae School, and Woolfie's Coffee and Breakfast Bakery. There are no shortage of options when you rent this home!

We rented for a week in the beginning of October. This place is beautiful; the only downfall we could find is you can hear everything (inside & out). I can see where parking would be a problem during busy vacation months. Other than those two things; we had a wonderful vacation!

This was our 5th year (in a row) staying at this lovely home in mid cape. It is roomier than it appears on the outside & is tastefully decorated & very well cared for. The upstairs has a good sized sitting area with a T.V. & nearby half bathroom. There is a small deck upstairs too. Outside has a beautiful patio with an electric firepit, a good sized table & chairs, a couple adirondack chairs & overlooks a woodsy creek. We feel welcome every year! Connie & Joe, From Pa.

The house was great. It was clean and lovely upon our arrival. The description was accurate, except the outdoor grill didn’t work. The kitchen was well equipped for home cooking. We went to the Brewster museum of Natural History and had fun with the scavenger hunt. We got take out from Wee Packet and Cookes seafood restaurants. All was delicious !

My husband & I LOVED this adorable cottage in Dennis! The rooms were open, spacious, (bigger than it looks in picture) homey, & tastefully decorated. The owners made sure everything we needed was available, including offering HBO & a Google Home Assistant. The loft area upstairs (just for ME!) was fantastic! The location, in mid cape, was perfect for visiting other Cape towns, attractions, restaurants, & shopping. Nearby Sundae School ice cream is a MUST! I hope we can make our way back to this lovely Cape Cod home again! We just loved it! Connie & Joe

We had a great week here! The cottage was even cuter than the photos and we enjoyed sitting outside looking across the small river at the back of the house. The kitchen is older but functional and there is a Keurig coffee maker as well as a regular drip coffee maker that is not listed in the description of the house. The yard is small but big enough for cornhole and other games. We had wonderful cross breezes the week we were there in June so hardly needed the AC. Parking is a bit tight as there are neighbors very close by but we managed. The house is within walking distance to a small beach, restaurants and a short drive to activities. Unfortunately it wasn't great beach weather a lot of days that week but we drove to the bike path one day and kayaked another and there's so much else to do! The owners had some left some beach items in the shed for renters use that I wished I'd known about before so I could have left mine at home. First time using Martha Murray and they made the process so smooth and easy! Will be back!

This was our 7th year at this property and it gets better every year! The location, cleanliness, attention to detail, and proximity to the beach has given my family the very best memories. The owners and Martha Murray year after year have been very responsive and helpful with our stay. We will be back next year for year number eight!

Our vacation at 31 Caleb street was excellent. The house was exactly as advertised and very clean. Outdoor area was beautiful. The distance to the beach was short , less that 5 minute walk and the area was quiet. Martha Murray rentals was very organized and the communication was excellent . The vacation was wonderful.

Start to finish our stay in Dennisport was great. We were able to check in early to an immaculately clean house. Perfect cottage with great decks for a break from everyday life.
