Well maintained home with large master bedroom and master bath. This home offers 2 window A/Cs and 3 ceiling fans to keep you cool and comfortable on those hot summer days. Lovely corner, shaded lot with a patio, gas grill, patio table, and retractable awning. Just .6 mile to Glendon beach. Amenities include three TV's, Wifi, microwave, first floor washer and dryer. A new firepit area has been added for the 2025 rental season.

Walking distance to seasonal favorites, including the Dog House, Chapins Fish and Chips beach bar, Bandera's, Southside Cantina, What's the Scoop ice cream, Cleat and Anchor, One Stop and the Sailing Cow! There is no shortage of options at this location!

The perfect Cape Escape

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our stay this August. The location was perfect for us since our family was living off Old Warf Rd. The house is perfect if you have company at dinner with the large dining room. The master bedroom is huge. And really loved having two bathrooms and laundry facility. My only suggestion is to update the living room furniture is very dated. Or maybe invest in sofa covers. To be honest we covered with sheets because it was just not very clean felling. We would stay here again.

Great rental

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house is in a great location off the main roads but close to everything. Beds were comfortable, the house was clean, and there was plenty of space. The only feedback I would give is that the grate on the grill is a little rusty and needs to be replaced. Also, none of the keys we had seemed to open the door closest to the driveway so we had to go to the front door every time. Minor things but wanted to mention them. I would rent this house again regardless! Thanks for a great vacation!

A great place to stay for families

Big property and good location

Not what I expected

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have been using this company for years and this has been one of the more disappointing stays. While the house was neat and tidy, it had an awful Oder. The furniture in the living room was very dirty and smelled terrible. I bought sheets to put over the couches just to help with the odor. I would not stay at this house again.
