Water views from this lovely home in the popular West Dennis "fingers" neighborhood. This Cape Cod home offers a 10x20 screened porch which looks out on a shaded, fenced rear yard with gas grill. A spacious sun room offers both ocean and canal views and is cooled by mini split air conditioning.

Located just .5 mile to popular West Dennis beach. Featuring hardwood floors and cheerfully decorated interior, ceiling fans in bedrooms plus window A/C in two of the bedrooms and living area. Home offers Wifi, cable TV, washer/dryer, and microwave.

Nearby restaurants include the Lighthouse Cafe, the Sand Bar, Good Friends Cafe, the Summer Shanty, Paradise Pizza, O'Shea's Olde Inn, and the "don't miss" Captain Baker Donut Shop!

Relaxing

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great stay! It is a very clean, well kept home in a lovely neighborhood. It was perfect for walking with the kids and very nice to sit out at the cottage in the evening.

The house is perfect for our family, always clean and the staff at Martha Murray are always very helpful with anything we need. We can't wait to return for our 24th year next summer!
