Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is beautiful and close to the beach. All the beds were very uncomfortable, no comforter on the bedroom on first floor, no closet in bedroom on first floor. Gas grill pictured on your website was not there, had to use the built in grill which did not work very well, we could only get the temperature up to 250 degrees The chairs in LR need to be cleaned Bedroom mattress really need upgrading

Another Wonderful Cape Vacation

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect for our family. Enough space (and enough bathrooms) for everyone. Great location, minutes from the beach; easy to drive to other area locations. Home was clean and had ample kitchen supplies for cooking. TWO issues--the gas grill is in the basement. We didn't see it there until the day we left (who keeps the grill in the basement, and how were we supposed to get it OUT of the basement?) Also, the listing needs to be updated. All of the bedrooms have queen beds. The listing said one was a full; we brought full sheets--didn't fit! Martha Murray office is convenient and friendly. Would rent again.
