Great family vacation spot

Location was perfect. Close to the beach and dining but private enough to just relax. Having a Dunkin Donuts near by for coffee was a plus.

Great location

Location wise this is great rental. Plenty of space to hang with family or nice to have separate areas to hang. Overall was a good experience.

Perfect Vacation home

My family, daughter, husband, 2 grandchildren, my son and girlfriend and my husband and me all stayed at this home. We were comfortable and found this home to be spacious and well maintained. It was well stocked with linens, towels, and amentities, as well as a gas grill, outside shower, beachchairs and bikes to use. The location is perfect. It is a short walk to the beach. The surprise is that there is an ice cream shop at the end of Ocean Dr. with the beach across the street. We hope to stay here each summer!

Nice house in great location!

The house was great – clean, renovated and well appointed. It had everything we needed including air conditioning. There were also beach chairs and other things that were really helpful. It’s just a block down from the beach - could not have been better!

Nice house in a great location!

We loved this property - it was a renovated and well-appointed property with AC and everything you’d need (incl beach chairs) walking distance to the beach. We loved it!

Walk to beach

This was a nice little house with plenty of room for 9 people to sleep and hang out. The kitchen is a little small for a crowd, but OK. Walk to the beach is not long. We have been going to the Cape for 24 years, and this was our first time staying in Dennisport. Relatively central location, but besides the beach, you have to drive everywhere. Overall we had a great week!

Perfect Cape home

Could not have asked for a better stay. This house is in a fantastic location, a short walk to the beach and central to drive to other parts of the cape. The house is large and accommodating and has lots of amenities and essentials. Would highly recommend.

Great location, just a short walk to the beach with a wagon.

The owners were fantastic to work with. Great location close to beach and centrally located on the cape. Lots of items in the house to use including toys for children, grill, and all kitchen items. Many different sleeping arrangements although beds weren’t the most comfortable. We would absolutely consider rebooking this house to return next year.

Winter Break Escape

Great house! The finished lower level let the kids have a place and the adults hung out upstairs. A nice walk to the beach, even if it was February. Close to coffee and the grocery store. John was great to work with helped us out with a couple minor things. We would love to go back to visit the beach this summer!

Dennisport retreat

This rental was the best equipped rental we ever rented. All you need to bring is your clothes! The house was very spacious and comfortably accommodated our family. The walk to the beach was short and very easy for our toddlers. We definitely recommend this rental to anyone with a family and hope to return next year.

Fantastic stay!

We had a great time at this rental house. The home is beautiful and so well stocked- we had everything we needed. It’s clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shed has all you need to spend a day at the beach and the beach is so close!! We loved the location. So happy we stayed here!
