Great Vacation Spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cottage is only 5 minute walk to a private clean beach. The cottage is cleaned before we arrived and the air conditioners worked great, this is a plus if you have little ones. Fire pit was great for smores and the grill was in good condition with extra tanks in the shed.

This house has a nice sand area in front of the house for the kids to play. Acs in all the bedrooms. Would definitely rent again in the future.

Everything we needed and didn't realize we needed were all supplied. There are spare propane tanks in the outside shed which came in very handy when we ran out of propane halfway through cooking burgers.

I would recommend, but definitely note that the place needs some TLCFirst the GOOD:Martha Murray staff was extremely helpful and pleasantLocation is outstanding, easy walk to the beachProperty was spotlessThe NOT so GOOD:Could certainly use maintenance- Pulled a plug out of an AC outlet and the entire box came out of the wall!- Kitchen layout extremely poor, especially the fridge. Can't open fridge and back doors at the same time.- Counter space poor- Make sure you find out where the breaker box is! Using microwave in combination with most anything else will trip one!- Front deck lighting was poor and that light died 4 days into our stay.
