New construction within 1 mile of bay beach and Nickerson Park

Walk or ride along the Cape Cod Rail Trail to sandy Linnell Landing beach (< 1 mile), Nickerson State Park (1/3 mile) and Ocean Edge Resort (<1 mile) from this sunsplashed apartment (similar to a Condo or Flat). Access trail to the Cape Cod Rail Trail bike path is at the cul-de-sac. Everything is brand new and very private. Enjoy the lovely private patio with a gas grill and fire pit table. Relax in the comfortable furnishings and central A/C. The apartment is an attached addition to the main house. All rooms and the patio shown belong to the apartment and the only shared space is the garden/yard/play area.

Enjoy the rooftop bar and beach bar at nearby Ocean Edge Resort (both are open to the public). Take a swim at Linnell Landing Beach or at the ponds at Nickerson State Park. Rent a sunfish sailboat, play golf or miniature golf, take a bike ride, explore gift shops and antique shops and watch the sunset on Cape Cod Bay.

Love this place! Love these people! Love coming back. This lovely getaway is clean, quaint, and a great location. Beds are comfortable, all appliances work, and a great grille which we love. This was our 4th year in a row staying here and already booked for our upcoming 5th next year!

Hazel was so nice and met my husband and I in the driveway when we arrived. Her property was beautiful, very clean, and just as described. The house was easy to find and centrally located. We were close to beaches, shopping, grocery stores and restaurants. All in all, we would definitely stay here again.

Words can’t express how accommodating the amenities are for families with kids/small kids like ours. Complete with a hose to rinse off sandy littles, simple pleasures from home like regular hand soap, some cleaning/laundry supplies if you forget yours, plenty of towels, blankets and the whole place is extremely clean and comfortable. We look forward to future trips here!

Apartment was gorgeous and luxurious. The location was very convenient, close to bay beaches and a short drive to the national seashore. We walked on the bike trail to Cobie’s for dinner one night. Would absolutely stay here again.

Hazel and Rich were the nicest of people and their newly built rental was beautifully appointed. It was immaculately clean and situated in Brewster, a charming close-to-everything small village in Cape Cod. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!

Beautiful apartment that is set in a beautiful area near bike trails. Lots of places to walk to. Apartment is connected to the owners house and built very soundproof so you don’t know you are connected.very well furnished and beds are amazing!! All in all a wonderful place to stay!!

If you are looking to explore different parts of the Cape then this is the perfect location for you! Close to bay side for low tide, close to the ferry for Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. Close drive to Province Town as well. All with the perfect comforts of home. If you are looking for a quiet location with all the amenities of home then this is the perfect place. We were thrilled with our stay! The host, Hazel, made it a perfect stay for us!

Hazel and Rich have created a lovely apartment, tastefully furnished and with all necessary amenities. The space is new and immaculately clean. Though nearby, the host respects the renter's privacy. Easy access to all areas yet quiet and peaceful. Highly recommended host and home!

Great family stay

The property is exactly as described. New, clean, comfortable and has everything you may need. It is close to beaches and activities. We stayed with one of our granddaughters and it was perfect. I especially like having an extra 1/2 bathroom and central air. I highly recommend staying here.

Our small family had a wonderful vacation. The place was clean as a whistle, and has a comfortable and attractive layout. Hazel was a super sweet host and made the whole process very easy. The location was perfect for exploring Brewster - easy walking distance to the walking path. It was also easy to take 6A to explore other areas around the cape. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone.

Perfect Cape Cod weekend!

The house is lovely - spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped We were fortunate to get great weather so we spent a lot of time on the side patio and used the grill and fire pit. The hosts were fabulous - friendly, accommodating and respectful of our privacy! A must stay!

Charming cozy cottage

We had a wonderful stay! The property is beautifully done and very comfortable for our family of 4. Such a great location too - we loved riding our bikes on the trails and viewing beautiful sunsets at Linnell Landing. The hosts were great too. Highly recommend!
