The accommodations were clean and ready for use. The area is very nice and friendly with easy access to downtown Scituate.

Stayed with 3 children & we had the space we all needed. Scituate is close to lots of things to do & activities in bordering towns. House was clean & hosts communication was fast if any issues or questions arose.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The location works very well for weddings at the Barker house and the location to downtown. I would recommend staying here..

We were looking for a quiet beachside cottage. This was just the place for us. The was quick access to restaurants, groceries and much more. We look forward to staying here again.

My family (including 2 kids) had a great stay at this Scituate beach house. Every room was very clean upon arrival, kitchen had all of the basic needs (exceptionally clean and in wonderful shape) and was a great breakfast gathering place. Along the nearby Oceanside Dr(steps away) were able to walk to a somewhat hidden (by construction) entrance to Sand Hill beach during low tide to hunt for shells and hermit crabs. A longer walk or very short drive/bikeride to the Lighthouse for the most amazing rocky shore hermit crab hunt for kids. Communication with Dave and Kim was so easy; they answered questions more quickly than my mom calls me on my birthday. In summer, bring a sleeping mask because the rooms light up quickly in the morning. The yard outside the house was a great place for kids to kick ball around. Highly recommend this Scituate gem!
