3-bedroom 1920s firehouse completely renovated, located in wonderful Minot Beach
Welcome to this gorgeous house in Minot Beach/Scituate. A completely renovated former 1920s firehouse . With three bedrooms featuring one king bed and two queen beds, guests find plenty of space to relax. The three bathrooms include both a bathtub and shower, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. Enjoy the comfort of air conditioning and heating and a large stone fireplace in the home, making it a brilliant retreat no matter the season. Whether you’re gathering in the spacious living areas, resting in cozy bedrooms or sitting out on the deck looking over the pond, this house offers an excellent setting for your getaway.
Located only 2 blocks to Minot or Egypt beach, this firehouse/home has new appliances throughout but preserves some of the original firehouse contents. It’s also decorated with new and antique fireman/firehouse memorabilia some of which was found during the renovation. Don’t forget to see the bell in the cupola!
In the kitchen you’ll find all you need for fixing that special meal or drive to Scituate, Hingham or Cohasset harbor for plenty of restaurant choices that includes great seafood, Italian or asian choices which are only a short scenic drive away.
If an outdoor grill suits your fancy then cook those steaks on the deck while enjoying the view of the pond

The restoration of an old firehouse was done so well! Everything from the communication with the host, to the ease of entry, and cleanliness was all top-notch. The proximity to the beach creates an awesome adventure for both kids and adults. We hope “The Firehouse” is available for the next time we are coming through Scituate.

We loved the Firehouse! It was only steps to the beach. The kitchen had everything you needed and more including 2 coffee makers with pods 2 sinks Everything is brand new and we used the outside grill on the deck. The firehouse memorabilia made the house a home. All three bedrooms had full baths including a mirror that is also a tv to play while you soak in the copper tub or sing in the shower! The pictures as posted do not do justice to this beautiful brand new space. We will be back!
