We had a great stay at Viviana 10. The house is beautiful - the photos do it justice! The view is spectacular and literally steps to the sand and gulf. The house is well-stocked and Southern Vacation Rental team was very responsive and offered great tips and local resources, including recommending a great photographer for a family photo. Can’t wait to return!

Wonderful family vacation

The property accommodated all the age groups that we came with between the Private beach,The Pool, the oversized kitchen, the bunk beds and the video game avceds

we had some issues with the house...the bedroom on second floor with the walkout to the beach. it had an remote to lower and raise the blinds and it was broke... couldn't raise them to walk out to pool. i'm sure it's been broke for a while by the way it just fell down when touched.kitchen built in microwave was broken and not useable dishwasher did not dry dishes at all. living room side window had a BAD leak water running down wall when it rained.kitchen can opener was unusable but they did bring me one. toilet seat in main upstairs bathroom was broken but they fixed. lots of issuesbeautiful view love elevator too... wonderful stove and kitchen wears.

Fabulous Perdido House

The house is beautiful, right on the beach, and has extras like a cocktail pool and small elevator!! The only downside is the houses are very close together - no privacy when on balconies or pool.

This home was perfect for us. We love to cook; the kitchen was very well equipped. The location was ideal near Flora Bama and many great restaurants. We especially loved the private pool for little swimmers who are learning to swim. The private beach and scenery was perfect !
