Villa Lago 1874 is a private, single-family vacation home located on the North side of the prestigious Sandestin® Golf and Beach Resort. Our beaches are known for crystal white sand and turquoise waters of the Emerald Coast. This property is centrally located walking distance .5 miles away from The Village of Baytowne Wharf and quick ride over to the South side beach entrance, approximately 2.8 miles away from the front door of the vacation rental.



Villa Lago 1874, is where you’ll experience your next vacation like never before! This four-bedroom, four-bathroom private rental home is the perfect spot for your group of eight to enjoy everything Florida’s Emerald Coast has to offer! Get out and explore the resort without having to find parking with your own six-seater golf cart. This upscale vacation home has elegant furnishings and coastal décor throughout. You’ll find beautiful white marble flooring on the main floor and wood flooring on the second floor. The large open living and dining areas offer plenty of comfortable seating choices to accommodate the entire group. Whether you decide to dine in or take out, the kitchen and dining area provide all basic supplies your family should need to make a meal indoors. The first guest bedroom is located downstairs which includes a twin over twin bunk bed and a flat screen TV; there is a hallway bathroom access to the walk-in shower. Upstairs you’ll find the master bedroom suite with a king bed, private balcony, walk-in shower, and a deep soaking tub in the ensuite bath. The two additional guestrooms and bathrooms are also located upstairs. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and ensuite bath with a shower/tub combo, and the other guest bedroom has a queen size bed with access to the guest bathroom with a walk-in shower! Enjoy your own garage, private downstairs patio with a grill, and a full size washer and dryer to make this a perfect home-away-from-home!
