Perfect Spring Break Getaway

Property was beautiful! Very clean and fully stocked. Golf cart was excellent and beach gear was so appreciated (umbrellas, chairs, coolers). View from back porch was spectacular and allowed for relaxing afternoons outside. Highly recommend!

Better than the listing

This property is so nice. The pics don’t really do it justice. It was incredibly clean and had all the amenities you could possibly need. We used the propane gas grill several times. The golf cart was so convenient for quick trips to the pickle ball courts, the wharf, or even the grocery store. We loved biking all through the area and had plenty to do and places to eat. It was a great stay. Highly recommend! We would definitely stay again!
This is how I spend every morning right outside the back door! So beautiful and peaceful. I loved watching the golfers across the water.

Beautiful property. Crowded beaches.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Property was top notch! Loved the community. Clean, beautiful, spacious, quiet and peaceful. Only complaint was the overly crowded beaches, mostly due to the rental umbrellas and chairs not even in use. Would have loved to have been able to rent a second golf cart.
Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 13 jun. 2024
Thank you for your review! We're delighted that you enjoyed our property and community. The beaches can become a bit crowded especially during peak seasons when rental umbrellas and chairs can be in high demand. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back for a more enjoyable stay in the future!

Highly recommended

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location on the Bayside, which gives you quick access to Baytown, great walking, biking, Grand Boulevard shopping, and Publix. The six seater golf cart was in great shape. House is the end unit giving a lot of natural light, very open concept. Right on pond and golf course Beautiful views. Beds were very comfortable. The house supplied lots of beach, toys, chairs, umbrella. Very close to swimming pool. The owners went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
